I have been a customer of service one for over a decade. They always do fantastic service and today was no different. Joe came over to service my furnace, and he went above and beyond. He did excellent work and even repaired my humidifier, which I did not realize was not working. Joe, thanks for all your help.

ServiceOne was able to get us in same day for a furnace issue when facing cold winter temps. Mitchel the technician was extremely friendly and thorough, did a great job explaining all of his diagnostic work, and ultimately resolved the issue for a fair price. I’d highly recommend working with him and ServiceOne.

Dean came out on a Saturday night when our furnace went out and we were out of town. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and go get parts at 9:00 at night. He kept in contact with us over the phone and stayed long enough to make sure the temperature was going up. He was very professional and prompt.

Kevin did a great job. He was very nice and polite and very informative. I will request him for my air conditioner maintenance check in spring. Its always nice to see someone that really cares for their job. Thanks Kevin.

We had the most incredible experience with Joseph B. He was very friendly and professional. He answered all the questions we had and explained any work he did as well as services needed. He did not try to oversell us on anything and gave us choices for anything needed. Overall we would recommend Joseph B to our friends and family. Excellent experience!!

Jeremiah did a wonderful job today. We have paid the warranty last month but for some reason it was not reflected in the system. Instead of over charging us for the repair, he explained to us what was the issue for the higher price amount and took time to talk to his manager and charged us for the correct amount. We really appreciate his politeness and his sincerity.

Dennis, Earnest, and Nick were professional, polite, and gave me all the facts about my new furnace and humidifier. I would recommend to anyone else asking about Service One. They said 4 hours and they finished well within that time. They cleaned up after themselves. They told me who to call for inspections.

I had a great experience with ServiceOne. They took my call later in the day and were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain the entire process thoroughly. They managed to fit me in for the very next day first thing in the morning. Everything felt smooth and easy from start to finish. The technician was also very informative and you could genuinely tell they prioritize the client’s best interest, not just making money like some other companies. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about Jeff and his team. They did a great job getting our furnace installed. I really appreciate how efficient they are and the quality of work they do.

Don is a great representative for Service One. We have an older fridge that we are trying to make last and Don is great at explaining how things work and life expectancy of appliances these days. I would like to not have this return call count against him in a negative way, he is very knowledgeable and I base more of what’s going on of trying to stretch out the life of the fridge we have. I work with vendors all day and I want to say that Dan’s customer Service skills are some of the best that I’ve seen throughout my 35 years of working.

Joseph came out to do a routine check up and tuneup of my furnace this year. He was very professional, courteous, and straight to the point. Immediately noticed that our air filter for the furnace needed to be replaced and was able to do so with a spare filter that I had. He was also helpful in replacing the pad for our whole home humidifier with one that he had on the truck.

Thankfully, the furnace was still operating tiptop despite being almost 23 years old now. Once the review and tuneup of the furnace was complete, he showed me lots of photos and explained various details about our Trane furnace that I wasn’t aware of.

Overall, he is a great technician and this was another excellent service one experience to add to the list.

Chris communicated with us about his arrival time. He was very professional and very friendly. We could tell he was very experienced. He reviewed every detail of our furnace check before leaving.

Marques Parker was excellent. He was professional, skilled, courteous, nice, and friendly. At my request he adjusted the humidifier to make the air in our home more comfortable. He answered all of our questions about replacing our old HVAC system and water heater. It was a pleasure having him as our technician.

Sam was professional and excellent in every way.
I don't know what you're paying him but he's worth every penny of it, and it never hurts to reflect that in a raise.
Also, sam mentioned he appreciated the equipment that he had been given to work with. It made his service accurate pleasing both me, the customer, and your service technician.

Bear and the whole team were amazing at installing our new system. Even though there were complications in our house, they were professional and calm and worked until they figured it out. They worked late to ensure we had everything done in one day. They were patient with my son who was running around and super inquisitive. I highly recommend service one!

Mitchell Flash was careful and professional. He did an excellent job replacing my garbage disposal. He had to fix my slow draining bathroom sink. He took a picture of the clogged drain pipe to show me. He advised that I should have the drain snaked out.

Mitchell came out to fix a leaking tub faucet for us. He was prompt, worked efficiently, and was very great to work with. Mitchell was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. After he fixed the initial leak that was causing us problems, he found one more leak and took extra time to get the part to repair that for us as well. After he was done, he cleaned up, re-caulked around the fixtures, and made sure everything was neat and looking good. We are super happy with the experience. This is the second time we have used ServiceOne and both times we have had excellent service. We will continue to use them for future maintenance and repair issues!

Had an AC and furnace installed today. Everything seems to be working well. Jeff Hall and crew were here early in the morning and finished up around mid afternoon. They were courteous and professional and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the great job.

UPDATED: Both companies came out on Monday and a crack was indeed found. Pretty disappointed that an HVAC company doesn’t have all the bells and whistles by the way of equipment to be able to search in all the nooks and crannies of a furnace. Service One did not fail us. They were 100% correct in their diagnosis. I apologize to Service One for reacting so quickly but in my defense, I was terrified after hearing the words “carbon monoxide”. Both Jason Wheeler and Israel were very informative and put us at ease. I have had my faith restored 100% in Service One; SOS Heating and Air Conditioning - not so much!

Furnace maintenance. We had furnace maintenance done Monday. We were told our heat exchanger was cracked and that it can cause carbon monoxide to disperse through the furnace. It was $2400 for a repair or replacement and that Trane products don’t last long. Since our furnace is pushing 10 years, it was on its last leg. He told me he showed my husband the crack. Upon asking my husband, he did see the crack, not by being called downstairs to see it, but by a picture the Service One HVAC person took on his phone. At that point in time I started questioning everything he told me. I called SOS for a second opinion and thankfully they could come today. He took everything apart and checked high and low. My husband was right down there with him. No crack was seen. Furnace was in great shape and he also told us that Trane furnaces last 20-25 years! I was furious! I wouldn’t let the furnace run last night or today as I was insanely scars of carbon monoxide poisoning. I stressed all day because our dogs were home. I never thought Service One tried to up sell on their customers. I have lost my trust in them.

We were extremely happy with our service technician, Timothy Griger. He was very polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and low-pressure about our furnace. He was very pleasant to speak with and explained things well to us. We will definitely request him personally in the future for any HVAC needs that we have. Please tell Tim that he was great, and to keep up the good work. You need more employees like him!

Martin Anderson from Service One was on time and very efficient in fixing our Delta faucet cartridge in our bathroom shower. Not only efficient and knowledgeable but he gave me some tips for general knowledge. He was patient and very pleasant to talk with. Highly recommend him and Seevice One.
