Very professional with great attention to detail, did a fantastic job! We're already breathing better--judging by the before and after pictures it looks like we've been breathing air that was 75% dirt, so the difference is noticeable and great!

When I called about duct cleaning, I got a thorough explanation of the process. We discussed the size of our home and I was given a quote. We were also instructed for how to prepare for the service, which was mostly about ensuring the vents and returns were accessible by the technicians. This was extremely helpful. Then on the day of our cleaning, Jon called when they were on the way. The service techs were very friendly and courteous, and we could feel a difference in our air flow immediately. I'll include some of the most extreme before and after photos they shared with us (not every vent looked this bad, but the selected images were very satisfying to see). We also have a very long dryer vent run, so we paid to have them clean that.

The Employees from DuctMedic Cody and Dallas were great polite, very professional, treated our home extremely well covering our carpet, putting rubber bumpers on corners of our wall, and wore footsie covers over their shoes. they checked every room in our home that had registers before they started and did a fantastic job cleaning all the vents registers ducts, and even some things in the furnace. They took a lot of before and after photos. They cleaned the registers with some cleaner that smelled great. Also reasonably priced for all they do. It had been suggested by our HVAC company to have our air ducts cleaned. We also needed the dryer vent cleaned out. We found a coupon for DuctMedic in the ValPak mailer so decided to call them. We are so glad we did! The cost was very affordable. The 3 man team was very prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing. They were very careful to not leave a mess. When they were done there was no trace of their work other than the ducts performing better. We are so pleased with the results! We highly recommend DuctMedic!

Had our ducts cleaned today. What a great job. Excellent service team from the customer service reps in the office to our service techs who came to our house. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We chose DuctMedic at the recommendation of the company we purchased our furnace from. Quality work. Affordable price. As a business owner, I don't like leaving poor reviews. This company has the worst customer service culture that I have ever dealt with. Beware of poor service and outrageous billing rates. The service tech spent less than an hour at our building, (No parts replaced) and was billed over $800. And here is the kicker. They didn't even fix our issue. We called them about it and they scheduled a time to come back, but have yet to show up. Very disappointing.

Im a service tech, everytime i have been helped by Nicole or Jennifer has been great, keep up the great customer service.

Very unsatisfied with comfort products. I have never had a distributor fail to provide warranty service on a product they sold.
Staff was very unprofessional rude and I believe just did not care thinking I was a small 1 man contractor.

exceptionally rude counter help. I am the wife of a hvac company owner, and was treated like they wanted no part of my business. We will just take our business elsewhere, & I would advise others to do the same.
