My refrigerator went out Christmas Eve . I called the day after Christmas and they sent someone over that day. Brandon W did a great job diagnosing and repairing my refrigerator.

Very good service. We called Jackson home appliance heating and cooling Co to fix our washer and they came in the same day and fixed it quickly and we have not had any problem with that machine since. Their service tech was very polite and friendly who knew what he was doing. I recommend this company for appliances repairs.

Brandon W was fantastic. My washer was collecting water in the tub and leaking all the floor and Jackson got Brandon W out immediately. He is also very friendly and nice to my dog.

Unbelievably driven, knowlegable and prompt, Brandon W came yesterday to diagnose the problem and showed up today like clockwork during the time period he said he would arrive to fix it. He is The best and I will always rely on his opinion in the future.

Have had this team maintain and fix a few appliances over the years. Today we had Brandon W come out and work on our built in dual oven. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to get us back up and running. He helped us save some money on a few things too.

Jackson appliance repair is my go to repair shop. I have used them for HVAC and appliance service and found them to be reasonable and prompt. The last three times Dewey was the tech who showed up and I was impressed to no end with him.

Right on Q, on the day of the first frost, my heater went out. I called Jackson and they prioritized getting Joe to my home. He was punctual, courteous, and quickly assessed the issue. I had suspected it might be the end for my old furnace, but Joe Determined that it was just a pressure valve replacement. Saved me thousands of dollars and built my trust as a customer. Thanks, Joe!

Brandon W did a great job. Cleared the blocked freezer line quickly. He was friendly, professional and efficient. We will definitely request him if the need for appliance repair arises in the future.

Called another company for a "winterization check" on my furnace. The tech from that company couldn't get the furnace to turn on. Had to call another tech. The second tech said it was the computer board. He would order a new one. Another tech shows up two days later, and the new board was "bad", so he would have to order another replacement board. He suggested we replace the furnace. While we were waiting for the second board I called another company. The tech for that company said the only way to fix the furnace was replacement. So, he provided a quote to replace the furnace. My daughter said to call Jackson Appliance. The tech (Dave Parker) showed up, and after some testing, said it was two pressure switches and possibly the thermostat. He had to order the pressures switches, and came back today with the parts. Less than an hour, and the furnace is working fine. He even determined that the thermostat was ok after all, so he didn't replace it, and didn't charge me for it. Less than $500 to fix a problem that two other companies wanted over $6,000 to replace the furnace. I learned my lesson, next time, I'll call Jackson first

Derek was on time, efficient, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was in working order. We have a long time relationship with Jackson on both service and purchase of new appliances and they have always been very fair, timely, and reliable.
