Jackson is a great company! Easy to work with, always on time, do great work at a fair price, and their technicians are professional, friendly, and explain everything in a non-technical way. Their annual program for inspecting our air conditioner and furnace give us peace of mind and is affordable. When our air conditioner died a couple of months ago, they were out the next day to install a new one.

Kyle and Tim did an awesome job replacing the furnace and air conditioner. It’s winter now furnace working great. Can’t wait to try the air conditioner this spring. Thank you Jackson home appliance, heating and air conditioning. Very happy with the outcome!!

Our dishwasher wouldn't stop running. We contacted (or tried to contact) several companies. Jackson came to our rescue the following day. Brandon W, was efficient, personable and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and gave us some recommendations for going forward. We would definitely use this company again, particularly if Brandon would be our repair person.

My experience with this company has been wonderful. The twice a year maintenance program is nice peace of mind. Had a washing machine issue he diagnosed in minutes and replacement part install was just as fast and we’re back to washing before holiday company arrives. Thanks Brandon and team!

They are the truth! Won’t oversell won’t BS! Fixed my AC without replacing ! After several misdiagnosis and a poor install on the original unit (not by their company) Saved my condenser and replaced my AC coil. Save time money and more efficient . AC runs great hopefully for few more years to come before a total replacement
