Furnace went out on of course the coldest day of 2026. Reached out online and via a phone call. Quick response from customer service and the tech was out in a couple hours. Got us fixed up and running in no time. Amazing customer service and our tech was amazing. Affordable price for an emergency call out.

We’ve been using A-1 for several years. We highly recommend them for their honest work, top notch customer service, and competitive pricing. Our technician, Rick, just left and I couldn’t believe I hadn’t reviewed the business before. Must’ve been taking them for granted, but we really do appreciate all that they’ve done and continue to do for us and the community.

Monday afternoon A1 technicians Dalton & Zachary came to work on our AC unit for the routine cleaning. This was my first time using the company membership program. Dalton was patient & professional! He answered all my questions and went beyond what I was expecting, he educated me about the different air filters and gave me some tips. Apparently the filter bundle I purchased from Costco was not optimal for the unit. I then purchased different ones from Amazon. Amazon Basics had the ones I was looking for.
Dalton took the time to clean my dirty AC unit. He was very detailed oriented! After they were done my outside AC looked like brand new one.
I highly recommend working with A1 United Heating, Air & Electrical! I honestly think they are the best in town and will not use another company for all my heating & cooling problems.

on time, polite, quick, explained things as he went, showed me what he was going to repair before he repaired it and cleaned up his space well. Also gave me tips on things I can maintain on my own or troubleshoot. Will continue using A1 United for all my HVAC issues

Kevin was very professional and didn’t try to upsell me on any parts. Just needed some good cleaning. I would recommend him amd A1 United. They came out within 2 hours of calling them and had my furnace working with one hour of him showing up..

I have had service techs from A1 come to my house a few times and every time I find them to be outstanding. Same applies to this last time. Shawn (the 3rd) went above and beyond my expectations. Extremely professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Didn't even seem to mind me asking questions while he did the work. He installed a closet light pull chain, installed new outlets, installed a new light fixture (I already had the new light) on an existing ceiling fan and installed a new ceiling fan in another room.

I called because my heat wasn’t working and Joseph showed up that same morning. I was shocked with how many issues my furnace unit had that he had to fix. There were wiring problems as well as a few other things and I was so impressed with how he was able to figure everything out and get it fixed. He was very professional and polite and explained everything to me so I could understand. I was overall very impressed.

Our furnace was having problems yesterday morning 12/01). We called A-1 and their service rep. (Damon) was out to see us, and assess the problem that afternoon. Our furnace was very old, so we knew we needed a new one as soon as possible. To our rescue today, came A-1 Service Installer, Chris Branner. Chris installed our new furnace in less than a day. He arrived on time, and got right to work. He not only did a great job of installing the furnace, he also has a customer service attitude that we totally appreciated. He took his time explaining the work he had done.
I definitely recommend A-1 HAC to anyone who is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and helpful company!

Our furnace stopped heating at midnight. Called A1 at 8 am and they scheduled an appointment for the same morning . Their technician, Norm, was so friendly. He got the furnace cleaned out and he recommended getting the service plan for our A/C to save money. Definitely recommend A1 and Norm. He was such a pleasure to talk to

Norm did a great job cleaning our fireplaces. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions, which I really appreciated. Everything was left clean and in great shape when he finished. Highly recommend Norm!

Quality work. Quality personnel. Fantastic response time. Heat goes out in the middle of a cold spell. I thought for sure a few days to get a tech to look at. Much to my surprise, Kevin S. from A1 was at my home within an hour. A quick assessment of the issue and within 30 minutes the part which failed was replaced and heat back in service. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, performed a thorough assessment and went right to resolving the issue. Very trustworthy and would highly recommend A1 to anyone with heat/ac needs.

We had a new furnace and ac installed. Having worked in the home building industry for almost 20 years I had worked with A1 before, so I knew we would be getting good quality workmanship, and I was not disappointed. The tech, Chris Brannen, was very efficient and polite. I highly recommend A1.

Joseph was great! Easy to talk to and explained everything in a simple easy to understand way. He was super nice to me and my 3yr old daughter as well. He recommended getting a twice a year maintenance amd explained why and I completely agreed. I never once thought he was just trying to get mote money put of me by recommending it. He explained with the age of the system and how he could tell it wasn't serviced as often as it should be it would cost us more money because it would run more often and not be efficient. He was a great guy and they seem like a legit company

So we were under parts warranty with the which is why we contacted them. We had our home built 2 years ago and one of the dampeners that they placed went bad. We told them this and they told us the part was covered but labor would be $160/hr. Ouch, but okay. After many hours the nice gentleman could not find them. We need to contact a friend of ours to assist him in located the dampener that they placed! It was in the wall behind what appeared to be a return vent. The man tried change different things and wasted more time until finally replacing the dampener. After costing over $460 (mind you the part was under warranty) and now the zoning doesn't work and the dampener makes a squealing noise!!! So I have a dampener that hopefully works but doesn't do its job and large bill and house venting system that was zoned and now doesn't work. Thanks for nothing. I would call them to try and have them remedy their issue but I don't have any trust in them.

My fridge was leaking water. The technician fixed it in no time. The service was done promptly and efficiently.

I told the person in my initial call exactly what was happening with our whirlpool washing machine and I told her it might be a warranty repair. At no point did she tell me that Andy’s doesn’t do whirlpool warranty repairs. The repair person who was very nice, polite and helpful told us it would likely be a whirlpool warranty repair and said we should reach out to one of their authorized repair partners. Which we did and other than paying Andy’s $150 to confirm what I had already suggested, the repair was free. I felt ripped off and will never call Andy’s again.

Needed a repair on our dishwasher. The service rep was knowledgeable and provided options. We chose to repair instead of buying a new dishwasher and are very happy with the outcome. Reasonable cost, knowledgeable service rep, and efficient service. We have used them before and will choose them again with confidence. Thank you Andy's!
