Norm was excellent today. He is so nice and did such a great technician. He said what was wrong and got our furnace back to working properly.

I got my AC and furnace replaced a few weeks ago and everything has been working perfectly! From purchasing to having been with the system for a little bit now, everything has been easy peasy. Ben made choosing my system clear and simple. Sean & Paul did a great job and kept my place pretty clean while they worked. They thoroughly walked me through the features of my new system as well, which I appreciate. ☀️ An overall great experience!

Rick was extremely knowledgeable and quick. He took into account it was the day before Thanksgiving and that I was busy preparing for my guests. He waisted no time troubleshooting and fixing the issue.

Had an excellent experience with A-1 this past weekend when our AC went out overnight. Saturday morning Benny and staff had John, the technician who did our service, to our house within an hour of our call. John got our AC up and running and installed a new thermostat in no time. Their entire staff was friendly and professional from from the start - tremendous customer service and excellent work. We'll definitely call A-1 again next time we need service!

Top notch service!!! John the technician was one of the most professional and cordial young men I’ve met in over 60 years! He is an asset to A1 United and deserves all the praise I can bestow! He signed me up for the annual service contract and gave me a discount on the repairs to my A/C! Great job by everyone involved!

Knowledgeable installers. Sean, Cooper and Shawn did a great job. They answered all our questions and were polite, good workers. They also did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. I would highly recommend A1 to anyone needing a new AC and furnace.

Last Saturday morning called and scheduled and emergency heater repair as it was not working. They gave me an afternoon window. They attempted to call me before coming over but the call did not connect as I have poor signal at home. They left a vm that came in later saying they were going to pass on me and go to the next appointment since I did not answer.

What business has a work model that thinks I am not at home waiting when I schedule an emergency repair? Obviously I’m home and waiting, come on over and don’t play games.

We have an annual maintenance program and feel that this company has fair pricing and great service. They don’t try to sell you a new unit when they come out but do inform you of issues they find during the cleaning/inspection. Rick was our service provider and showed us pictures of what he cleaned out, replaced, etc. Would highly recommend A-1

Recently had A1 United install a full new AC & furnace system. I've been a customer of theirs for years and it's always a great experience working with Jim who answered all my questions when helping us decide what new components to go with.

The install crew, Sean & Brendan, were friendly, courteous & kept our house clean and tidy throughout the process. I'm extremely happy with their workmanship and it's comforting to know we'll have a reliable system for years to come.

Got home to a house getting cold. Furnace not running. Called A-1 United. Short time later Kevin Cave came over, found the drain plugged and cleaned out and sanitized. Hot air followed! Very fast repair.

Ben, our sales representative was great to work with. He listened to us and recommended 3 options of which we chose one. Our installer, Luke, was great as well. They covered the work area floors, removed all the old equipment. Our new furnace and AC work great. Thanks A1!

Problem occured during weekend and on-call staff promptly called back and identified a fix until Monday. The heating was not affected whatsoever. The following day, I was called promptly at 8 and was advised a tech would be coming. Jose showed up promptly and fixed the problem, clearly explained everything and left everything clean and tidy. He was a very pleasant and efficient young man. Thank you, A-1, for great service.

A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical installed a new HVAC system this month for us. We were very happy with Chris B, Sean Z, Matt N, Ben in sales and Beth in the front office. Each and every one of them were very professional and extremely helpful during the whole experience.

Terrible experience! Scheduled them to take a look at my hvac system as it was leaking water everywhere. They sent out Joseph, he was here for about 3 hours not able to figure out why or how to stop it from leaking. By the end he literally asked if I had any sticks/ wood pieces to shove under my hvac to lean it forward and try to stop the leak. Its still leaking today and i paid $300+ for him to shove sticks from my yard under my hvac

Thanksgiving morning we woke up to our furnace not working. We called and left a message for service. JD called quickly and was at our home promptly. He figured out the issue and had us up and running prior to guests arriving. Exceptional customer service and professionalism. He is an asset to A-1 United! Thank you!

All I know is A-1 United is truly the best. I let them know my friends house was cold like an icebox and they got out to the residence faster than Jimmy John's! Kevin S. who was amazing checked things out and found out what the issue was and just like that the house is nice and warm! Thank you so much for all that you do A-1 United Team. Called and scheduled an appointment for 8-9 am! They called and said Rick was on the way! Sent me a message also with a picture od the driver! Rick showed up and got straight to work! My furnace wasn't working correctly! Rick tore right into it fixed the issue and was out of here in less than an hr and half! He was personable and informative. Fixed the issue and left. Will use these guys again with any future issues !!!
