After calling Complete Comfort, their staff was super. Kim and Stephanie were polite and professional. Our tech was D.J, he was very knowledgeable on this issue and took steps to get it resolved and explained everything. He never tried to sell me something, his intent was to get our issue fixed. We have used Complete Comfort for several years for regular maintenance purposes and they always do a great job. Recently we had them install a new furnace and humidifier. Mark was so helpful in explaining the various options. Zak, Michael and Kayle performed the installation. They did an awesome job, cleaned up after themselves and explained how everything worked.
In all of our interactions with Complete Comfort they have always been on time, courteous and very responsive to calls/questions. Highly recommend!

Complete Comfort is excellent!!! Our experience was very positive throughout the entire process!
Mark explained the mini split system and our options very well! He worked well with us when the install was delayed because of unforeseen circumstances with our siding install.
Mark came at the beginning of the install to make everyone was on the same page. He came to inspect the job when job was finished!
Zachary, Logan, Michael and Kayle installed our mini split. There were exceptional! Very polite and professional. They were respectful of our home, cover the carpet and cleaned up completely when the job was complete. They made sure both units we’re working and explained unit features to us.
When I call the office the staff is always nice and pleasant!

Kim and Stephanie were extremely helpful in getting us an appointment super fast! They were very friendly and efficient. Tanner was our tech this time out - he was prompt, kind, and thorough working out what the issue was with out system. Chad was our tech with our last call to Complete Comfort and also did a great job. We'll be sticking with Complete Comfort whenever we have any HVAC issues/needs in the future.

We added a bedroom suite in the loft of our century old carriage house. In getting bids, we were told a mini-spit would not provide enough heat in the winter and we would need auxiliary heat. Jeff suggested it would be adequate. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! This winter the loft and our garage was as cozy as it could be. No complaints from our Bed and Breakfast customers. Complete Comfort is the place to go. Thanks!!

Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling exceeded our expectations, and we have high expectations. They are professional, efficient, and great communicators. From the time we contacted Kim to schedule a visit with Mark our salesman, we felt comfortable and confident we were working with the right professionals. Our installers Mike H(Hugey) and Anzio were amazing. I don’t think they even took a lunch break! They are hard working professionals who didn’t leave until the last rug was put in its perfect place. They are so tidy; the furnace room was cleaner when they found it. They ensured all my questions were answered. I can’t say enough about this team. There was a father and son duo here at one point. So hard working.
If you are considering a new system, I encourage you to allow them to present a bid to you and with confidence I can tell you, you will be glad you did.
I told Hugey and Anzio, the main installers, that I felt like I received special treatment but I also feel like they are this great everywhere they go.

Zack and Logan installed our furnace on 1/9/24. They did an excellent job. Focused on getting the job done so we could finally have heat. Took less time than I thought it would and we love the new furnace. They even took time to clean the room which was a mess even before they arrived. Thank you Zack and Logan. Great job!!

I was having furnace issues during winter and Complete Comfort was able to get a new furnace installed professionally and quickly. Mark came out and got measurements and answered all my questions about the new furnace. My technicians Anizo and Kayle went above and beyond replacing my crusted-up humidifier pipes, installed new gas shutoff valves, and finished quickly. I had a great experience and now I have heat during the cold months!

What a great company. I had the pleasure of working with the greatest group of guys this summer. I had to have a new ac and furnace installed this past June, and beginning to end, it was just the best experience. Starting with Matt, who helped me decide what I actually needed and told me the whole process and how long it would take. To the guys who came and installed them for me, specifically Michael H. Logan and Michael P.
I even met the owner, but I'm not sure of his name. He made sure myself and all my animals did not suffer in the summer heat. They all got the job done quickly and efficiently. Ten star company, I would definitely recommend this company over and over again. Thanks, guys!!

Excellent customer service. Prompt response when temperatures were -8 degrees. Geothermal was switching to auxiliary heat as designed to do. Tony explained how it all works and what could be done to keep system running as designed yet keeping the house warm with the extreme cold days we are experiencing. Gave me peace of mind knowing what to expect and how to stay comfortable and warm. Thanks for the great service, you are the best. Kudos to Kim also for the way she always handled my phone calls requesting assistance. A true pleasure to work with this company.

These guys are the best! Always on time, or communicating their arrival ETA. Owner Jeff has done the installs and maintenance for both of our houses for the last 23 years. Some people on other social media outlets in my opinion have not given them their due on ratings. You get what you pay for people!! Love Complete Comfort!

I have to say that my experience with Complete Comfort couldn't have gone any better. I was really stressed due to the unknowns of the problem that incurred at the place I worked at that I was connected to.

I called several places prior to Complete Comfort. All were nice....but what I liked most was that when I called Complete Comfort....it didn't go to an automated system first....it went straight to Kim answering the phone with me. Kim's energy was quite comforting during an ordeal to which I was not....and that is the first impression I had of this business....that Kim presents the kind of quality service that allows you be confident someone on the other end of the call has a kind welcoming nature to her.

Kim was forthright about getting to a resolve quickly with me. At my business, I do not handle the accounting and finance....so I provided her the appropriate contact to handle this. She made all the necessary arrangements and put me first on the schedule to get done the next day. I really appreciated that she wanted to help my stress levels as soon as possible. So I am grateful to Kim. She kept me in the loop with multiple communications strategies of texting and calling. She is wonderful at her job. ✨️

And the the HVAC Texhnician assigned to the job was Tanner. If I could have picked out of a lineup of Technicians....I would have picked him. He was very welcoming and professional all at the same time. I could tell my experience with him was also going to help ease down my mind from worry.

It was not a cut and dry solution right away....so it required Tanner's problem solving and experience to figure it out. It wasn't too long after I let him be to figure it out that he came back with the answer. I was greatly relieved. My whole energy changed at that point because I knew now we had a workable solution to the problem in a cost effective way.

So within an hour it was fixed and turned out the replacement equipment looked even better and more modern than what we had previously. So in the end....it all worked out with a better than expected ending. ✨️

So I am truly grateful to Complete Comfort for their excellent service and expertise....and in particular recognition to Kim and Tanner for making this experience as good as it could have been for me.

Complete Comfort was great to work with. They showed me lots of options and helped me pick the right system for my house and budget. I talked to a lot vendors. Complete Comfort offered the best value. Zack and Kale were did a great job with the installation, were prompt and courteous, and did a good job cleaning up when the job was done.

We just finished putting in a geothermal unit in our large house as 2 of our 4 heat pumps were broken and the others were 10 years old! Since we have some property, it made sense to go to geothermal. After extensive research, we decided on a leading geothermal manufacturer and we insisted on a 10-year parts and labor warranty! After reviewing all the local dealers, we decided on Complete Comfort based on the equipment they used (Waterfurnace), the warranty, and many, many 5 star reviews.

While being originally a bit skeptical about any contractor, we could not be happier with Complete Comfort. When we were ready for them, they arrived promptly and performed a very professional installation. They took great care of our belongings, and handled many small details we didn't even think about. The project was finished on time and on budget without any "extras" at the end.

The bottom line is we were totally delighted with Complete Comfort, especially since the installation is such a big part of how well the system ultimately works.

Incidentally, we had Jensen Well from Blair put in our geothermal field and they also did a very professional job. We recommend them highly as well.

Chad always does a fantastic job. He is thorough and explains his work or what needs to be done. Hes also personalble and a pleasure to talk to. Jeff the owner is amazing as well he called me after hours one time to help walk me through troubleshooting to get our unit turned back on. Theyre always here to help and if they dont know the answer to something they find out and dont leave you hanging. Chad is the best look forward to working with him again on the next appointment.

I had a great experience with Complete Comfort! Mark was a great person to work with when doing our walk-through, very knowledgable. DJ and Kayle were fantastic technicians! They provided updates and were very clean when working. When our old system went out, they installed a new one within just a couple of days. I appreciated their quick response time and the variety of affordable options they offered, including high-quality equipment. A great benefit to using them is the year of complimentary maintenance checks from their team, great peace of mind. My parents also use Complete Comfort, and I had no reservations trusting them to take care of my home.

Complete Comfort has serviced my equipment for several years. This year, when my a/c got turned on about a month after my spring service, I started having issues. I called and they scheduled a tech to come out immediately. A very long story shortened, after two different error codes and parts being replaced, on a Sunday, the owner came out to take a look and see if he could figure out the issue. He was able to locate the problem and fix the issue. This company has gone above and beyond what is expected to please the customer, and save us the money of replacing the unit. I would HIGHLY recommend them and let you know it's about the customer service satisfaction with this company! Thank you first and foremost Jeff, Kim, Tony and Chad! You are ALL AMAZING!!
