Mike and team were great! Had to replace a condensation pump and service a mini split ac. Quick, friendly, and transparent service and pricing. Will be going back to them for any future needs!

I needed a new furnace and AC both. With a tight budget I searched many places and Mike was easily the most affordable with awesome customer service! In the middle of extreme weather he went out of his way to take time to help us out. The whole process was really quick and gave us relief that much faster. I didn't have to worry about getting swindled or having questions about what I truely needed. He also offered a great financing deal to make the whole experience that much smoother! I definitely recommend Mike for any of the services they offer! Nothing beats the local care and value!

Mike was great! I called at 9am and he drove all the way to Mondamin, IA from Omaha to get my air conditioning going for me! He was extremely personable and got us up and running in no time. He throughly explained what was going on and what he had to do. He's got great rates! I highly recommend him and when it's time to replace my unit I'll definitely be calling him back out!

Edit: 6 years later we still call Mike for all our heating and cooling needs! He installed a new system for us about 5 years ago and came out just the other day to replace a part in our air conditioner!

Very happy I chose Midlands Maintenance. I needed a new system and Mike and Tyler did an excellent job. Came out right away, and listened to my needs which is always a big plus!! Gave great suggestions and options that made my decision easy. Plus none of those high pressure tactics! I was highly impressed with their superior quality workmanship; friendly & honest professionalism; customer service and follow- up. They were quick, yet made sure it was done right. No sloppy work... my system works great and looks great too :) That extra attention to little details really shows in their work. They took time to tell me the important things I would need to know, and made sure that I was completely happy. It is good to know you can still get great quality honest work done these days. Great value for a reasonable price. I highly recommend, and will definitely call them next time I need any heating or cooling needs.....VERY SATISFIED. :-)

Midlands maintenance Went above and beyond to fix my furnace that went out in the middle of the night during the snowstorm, 1/12/2024 they We’re at my house 3/4 to an hour after I called them. Great service and friendly people! Definitely will call them again! Reasonable rate without draining my whole savings account! Thanks again, Bill.

Midlands just saved me 13-15k💰!! Another company checked the AC and told me that everything checked WNL and the unit was working well. They recommended a bigger unit bc mine was too small for our house. Midland technician had a diagnostic within 20 minutes that my unit was low on Freon. After the charge we have had the upstairs at ❄️🧊70 degrees for the first time in 2 summers!!! Moral of the story I should had call Midlands first and always get a second opinion!

Mike was out to look at our system on a Saturday morning and by Sunday he was here installing our new air conditioner and furnace. Extremely pleased with the quick response and efficient work that was done. Very professional and affordable. Hard working crew. He made the whole experience low stress and manageable. Mike and his crew took care of my mom’s furnace and ac, and my furnace. He and his staff came in and did an excellent job. His employee Lane even fixed the last guys mistakes. They came out quick, didn’t make a lot of noise, and had the best prices I could find. I highly recommend them.

I'm so glad I found Midlands Maintenance. Mike is incredible at what he does. I hired Mike to install a mini split at my house, and he went above and beyond, doing far more than I expected to make it perfect. He went out of his way to coordinate the electrical work that needed done, last minute brought in someone to fix drywall so it looked perfect instead of just putting the unit up and getting it done sooner, he even went out and bought paint and touched up everywhere around the unit to make sure it looked flawless... Everything about my experience working with Midlands Maintenance was 10/10, could not recommend them more.

Mike is such a rude judgmental individual. Very poor attitude and likes to search up socials and talk smack when he doesn’t agree with stuff. I’d pick someone else to my HVAC. Cheaper isn’t always better!!

Our AC quit working the hottest day of the summer and Mike had somebody out immediately. The capacitor had failed.They didn’t try to bs me into buying anything that I didn’t need. Got it fixed within the day and I didn’t pay an arm and a leg!
