Zach Harron was thorough, competent, professional, and courteous. He inspected and serviced my HVAC system in an impressive manner. He identified ordered a part and promised to install the part immediately. I anticipate a timely follow up service within a few days. Absolutely amazing customer service!

Eric and JJ are THE BEST!! Not only did the company make sure they could send someone out as soon as I let them know my heat didn’t work and the snow was coming, but they also sent a second technician to help make sure it got done!! The guys ended up staying until 6pm to make sure they got my heat fixed and the bill was WAY smaller than I ever expected for two people being at my house for 6+ hours. They have earned customer for life! Thank you JJ and Eric!

Dalton came on a service call for a garage heater that Burton had installed. He was very courteous and attentive to our needs. He followed up on our warranty and made sure we were taken care of. We had a very positive experience.

John was very helpful and thorough. He tried to get our 15-year-old furnace up and running, but it was done. He tried for a long time to even just get one more cycle. He went above and beyond. And Carl was great to work with to go through our options

Devin has had to come out to our house twice now, and each time has been very thorough and helpful. We appreciate his patience and that he not only fixes the issue but takes the time to inform us of what all is going on. “Our hot water heater started leaking the Friday night after Thanksgiving. We called several places, and Burton was the only one able to get someone out that same afternoon. Devin handled the installation and did an excellent, professional job. Very impressed with both the responsiveness and quality of service.”

When we first made an appointment to get our furnace serviced, Burton cancelled on us due to other service calls that took precedence. The second time we set up an appointment they were a no-show. The third time was a charm. Our service person arrived on to and was very polite. Seth was very professional and did the work quickly.

We are not happy to say the least as new homeowners. I thought we deleted a local and reputable company. I signed us up for the membership program as we have done with all our homes in the past. Frank was the service technician who came out and we thought he was honest. I wanted to replace the old thermostat with a smart one. I was told that it would be costly because they need to run the C wire. I helped off on this, however, he set up an appointment for a comfort specialist to come out. Their job was to sell us a new AC and furnace which we did not need and I was only interested in estimates. I called 12/28 for an emergency service call and was told no technicians are available as they were called off and sent home due to the weather. I was told they don't have vehicles for this weather. I was quite frustrated. Fast forward into the evening, I called a local company who came out to service the furnace that went out. I found out that there was a C wire to the thermostat and he hooked it up free of charge. My wife and I decided it would be best to find another company who is HONEST and REPUTABLE. We do not recommend.

I called early morning for backed up floor drain Burton sent O’shay out within an hour. I received very great service and he was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

The Shawn and Austin from Burton were extremely helpful. They managed to fix the plumbing issue, and went above and beyond to inform us of the drainage system condition without hurrying the work at the end of the day. They put a camera down the main pipes under the front yard with no additional charge.
The team are super friendly, from calling the office to book to the thecnicians who came out.
We found Burtons reasonably priced and would use again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend them.

Great experience and would recommend if you are in need of a drain cleaning. I had a clog in the kitchen sink that would not budge. I called and since I was ok waiting, I got an appt three days later. It was a 99$ drain unclogging. They got a tech to come out for me on Sunday. I didn’t pay more for the weekend service as it was a scheduled appt. They sent a text before with a photo of the tech coming out. That’s a great safe feature. Chris came out and also called prior to arriving. Then got the job done. He gave us options of what can be done and also an ability to upgrade if I wanted to have the work warrantied. It’s all upfront before you get the service done. He was so professional and friendly. I would recommend Burton.

Called early this morning and was told they could get someone out tomorrow. An hour later dispatch called to let me know they had a tech on the way. My laundry room floor drain was backing up and we were essentially not able to use water so this was very appreciated. On top of that Sean Ross was outstanding! Very friendly and thoroughly communicated every step of the way. Thank you so much!

Scott Gallina was amazing, friendly, and professional. I had issues with a water main pipe in my home and he came and did the most clean job I’ve ever seen! Me and my children are grateful for his assistance. Thank you again! And thank you to the dispatch team as well for being kind and helpful. I will highly recommend Burton for home services if issues occur.

Steve did a great job! In addition to flushing my tank less water heater, he removed the urinal my husband installed.

They were contracted to do the lead service remediation in Dundee and originally I was unsatisfied with the original work. They did follow-up after I complained and they did make it right as rain. Ask for Steve, he’s the best plumber they have.

Shawn did a great job helping us out with our sink clog. He made sure things were done right and even though we ran into complications with our piping he was able to get things handled for us and was very personable in the whole process. Would recommend

Scott was very knowledgable. Alot of help and support. Went out of his way to make me feel taken care of and fixed every issue I had!!!! Would have given him 10 stars but only 5 were allowed!!!!

5/5 Stars: Professional Service & Excellent Technician

We had Burton come to hook up our new gas oven, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, with Jim, our technician, standing out for his professionalism and helpfulness.
He was very skilled at the actual installation, which is the most important part when dealing with gas appliances, and that peace of mind is invaluable.

I do wish the pricing structure was more clearly communicated upfront. The total ended up being $300, which felt a little unreasonable for about 30 minutes of labor. However, despite the higher-than-expected cost, the service quality and the reliable, professional hookup were amazing. I still highly recommend Burton for their expertise and the genuinely friendly team!

O’Shay was our service tech today from Burton. They had installed a toilet a few years ago and we were noticing it getting loud when flushing. A distinctive whistling sound. It was still under warranty and he evaluated the issue and determined it was a bad inlet valve. He acquired the replacement part and had it replaced and fixed within an hour. Very efficient and courteous. Extremely satisfied and really liked O’Shay. He is a very personable man and explained everything to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Sean came out and did a wonderful job he was courteous he continued working on the drain until he was sure that it was flowing good with no backup. Clean up was spectacular he left nothing laying around. Explained completely what was going on and gave options on a quick fix or a complete clean out of the pipe. We decided to go complete clean out which was spectacular. We are a regular VIP customer of Burton's and will not leave them because of the spectacular service that we get.
