HVAC reviews in Omaha, Nebraska

Was a little meh about the fee of $89, however, I still needed reliable help. Brady showed up, listened patiently as I explain my plumbing needs and expectations. He far surpassed them, he got to work immediately and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional and articulated what he found during his assessment of the issues that we were having after her scoped out the lines. I'm extremely pleased with how today went and the work he did. The fee was worth it to me in this case especially because time is very important with what I am dealing with, and I was able to get today after only calling this morning.

John Henry’s provided high quality service and everyone we interacted with was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue and offered several repair options. They explained things in a way we could understand and worked with us to determine the best path forward. Hands down, best service/repair company we’ve ever worked with.

We have John come out to replace our water heater. He was very informative and professional. Great tech and awesome Company to deal with. Thank you John Henry!

Manny was my electrician technician and he was a huge help. Quickly identified the issue I was having, gave me some options, and got everything fixed. My first experience with John Henry and definitely won’t be my last!

The repair got done but it looks like it was not what I expected. I just hope the wiring holds because it was not a normal fix. I am suspicious of the repair. It cost me $299 for fixing a loose wiring connection. Way too much but it needed fixed. Will definitely not use them for electrical in the future.

We are very satisfied and happy with the service we received from John and Shad! John arrived at our home to assess our situation, gave us an estimate. We agreed with the proposal, he contacted the office to see if products were available, Shad arrived and they completed the work. We have a brand new toilet and Halo water system! They were very professional! Thank you John and Shad!

Our guys name was John. He was amazing. We were having a gas line ran to install new gas range. He did a great job. He explained things very thoroughly to us. He made sure we knew where the shut off valves were inside the house and outside and how to turn them. Great guy. We look forward to a future with this company.

Great experience the whole way through!
Scheduling was easy, extremely friendly to talk to, initial service fee is competitive.
John and Cameron, our technicians came out, assessed the problem, provided guidance and completed the install of our new water heater in less than 4 hours. They were prompt, very friendly, followed through and were all around fantastic!
We will be calling John Henry in the future. -
All the guys were great. From salesman, Dustin, explaining options for furnace replacement to Mike and Grant for installation. Communication was excellent all the way around. Installers cleaned up nicely and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this company and will use again in the future.

Excellent customer service provided by Kameron Spickert! Kameron is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain what the issue is, how it will be fixed and answers all your questions with patience. John Henry’s pricing is very reasonable. Will be a returning customer. Thank you to Kameron who represented this company with pride and had exceptional knowledge!

You charged over $600 for an incomplete job. You failed to properly rejoin the drain hose to the washer which caused water damage to our basement. We are seeking a full refund. My husband will be calling you on Monday.

I can’t say enough great things about Brady at John Henry Plumbing. I had what seemed like an absolutely unclearable clog, and he truly exhausted every possible effort to get it resolved. His knowledge and expertise were evident from the start.
Brady approached the issue methodically, stepping through the problem with precision and patience. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing at each stage of the process, making sure I understood what was going on and why. That level of communication and transparency really set him apart.
He was professional, proficient, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. If you’re looking for someone who is thorough, knowledgeable, and committed to solving the problem the right way, I highly recommend Brady at John Henry Plumbing. -

I'm very impressed with this outfit. Shad is an excellent professional. Give that man a raise! I got my ring doorbell installed and working perfectly. Shad also helped me set up a VIP membership which offers a great deal of value and saved me money. I look forward to doing more business with this company in the future.

Had old leaky pipes in laundry room. John and Brady replaced them in a timely manner. They were punctual, polite and friendly. Also respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers, laying cover on floor, cleanup perfect. Price was reasonable with no hidden surprise. I will definitely use John Henry in the future

Under no circumstances would I recommend John Henry’s. The fact that they have such glowing reviews makes me genuinely question whether they’re legitimate or incentivized internally, because my experience was the complete opposite.
Nearly three weeks ago, I scheduled a duct cleaning and annual HVAC maintenance. On a Saturday, I received a call informing me they were “too busy” to keep my Monday appointment and wanted to push me out another two weeks. I told them that was unacceptable due to the heavy construction in my home and that I would need to look elsewhere. Suddenly, they were able to fit me in on Tuesday and offered a $50 credit.
Tuesday arrives, and the problems start immediately.
Two technicians showed up and left black marks on about 15 of my stairs. They initially denied it but eventually wiped them down with a cloth and water. Later, I discovered they somehow got paint inside one of my electrical outlets from dragging their cord across it. I spoke with the manager, who showed no concern or accountability for the damage.
I was also informed—after they arrived—that they couldn’t complete my annual maintenance because neither technician was mechanically trained. So once again, I had to reschedule, and someone else came out the next day.
The technician on Wednesday was by far the worst part of this entire experience.
He was rude, dismissive, and clearly more focused on selling memberships than actually providing service. When I mentioned the $50 credit I had been promised, he looked at me like I was making it up. As he tried to upsell me on their membership, I asked if they could credit the duct cleaning since it’s included in that plan. Despite me telling him they had cleaned my ducts less than 24 hours earlier, he called the office claiming it happened the prior week.
While on the phone, I could hear him questioning whether I even deserved the $50 credit I had been explicitly promised. When I asked if the 15% part discount (which is included with the membership I would be paying for monthly over a two-year lock-in) would apply, he acted as if I was asking for something unreasonable and told me I was “getting too many discounts.” None of these were random discounts—they were things they advertised.
At this point his behavior confirmed my suspicion that this company prioritizes sales tactics and profit over honesty or customer service. I declined the membership. Once he finalized the bill, it was more than $150 higher than the quote I received the day before.
Since then, I’ve called the office three separate times asking for a simple cost breakdown: the technician’s cleaning charges and the UV bulb replacement. The manager still cannot provide this and continues speaking in circles without answering my direct question.
Bottom line: Do not hire this company under any circumstances.
There are many HVAC, electrical, and plumbing companies that value their customers, communicate honestly, and provide professional service. John Henry’s is not one of them. -
Very easy to set up an appointment. Received conformation of appointment. On the day of appt received a call and was asked if it was okay if appt could be earlier then scheduled and was told where he was coming from so I knew when to expect him to arrive. John introduced himself and shook my hand. He was very nice and professional. Listened to my issues, walked me thru what needed to be done and an amount it was going to be and talked to me about their program to save money and peace of mind. He took care of my plumbing issues and showed me what he did. John showed professionalism and took pride in his job. I would definitely give him a gold star. Would highly recommend John. Thank you

Michael was incredible. In fact, we saved his card because I know we will need Plumbing work done in the future, and he's the only guy I would want to do it. I'd appreciate it if you'd pass that message on to him. He could not have been better at his job or more cordial.

Never had such terrific sales experience. Alex was very informative and patient in answering all my questions. We were so impressed Alex and with the crew that installed our Generac generator.

Burton has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning (initial phone call with Clarissa) to the end. The Burton Tech, Seth was awesome! Super responsive, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable. Thanks Burton!
