Tony was absolutely fantastic. Came out 1st thing in the morning & had my AC up & running. I have an older unit & he fixed it right up. Would highly recommend & will be having him replace my unit when I am ready.

Tony came out after we were having issues with our mini split indoor units. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it. He also gave us suggested maintenance to keep our unit running smoothly. Highly recommend Tony and Rosewood Heating and Air Conditioning.

Tony was fabulous! Friendly, courteous, efficient, kind, helpful, welcoming. If this man is representing the company, he is in the right field! We will definitely keep this in mind should we have HVAC needs in the future. What a pleasure to invite someone into your home to do a job just like you would do it yourself, if you could!

This company was amazing! We’ve had trouble with our home’s heat kicking on so I called and we had help within 30 minutes. Tony was very kind and explained everything going on really well. Also, he provided helpful tips to keep our system running well without trying to sell us anything like other companies we have worked with. I would highly recommend to anyone needing help with their heating or air conditioning!

Tony was nothing short of amazing. He showed up on extremely short notice, was quickly able to diagnose the issue, and get us a temporary working solution while sourcing new parts the next day. He talked through problem and diagnosed the problem in a clear and informative way, was incredibly kind and professional. Went went out of his way to follow up several days later to make sure everything was working.

Our furnace would not come on and we needed someone to come look at it quickly. My daughter had used Tony during the summer and was really impressed. Tony came out that very afternoon and had it running in no time. Tony fixed several things that needed attention. We are very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We will be scheduling our spring and fall checkups with him from now on.

Tony was fantastic, incredibly informative, and so friendly! After my own stupidity and laps of judgment caused my AC/Furnace to quit working, I was so scared that my wife and I would be stuck in an oven of a house for at least a few days until someone could come save us. Thankfully, I quickly came across Rosewood Heating and called up Tony! After finishing up his dinner (sorry again Tony), he quickly came over and diagnosed my problem and got us back up and running in absolutely no time at all! Thanks again Tony! You are amazing!

Pleased with my experience. Called on a zero degree day due to my furnace not working and they were able to come quickly and diagnose the issue efficiently and fix it. Also provided some educational tips regarding the furnace and AC unit, which was very helpful as a first time homeowner. Would definitely recommend!

TONY WAS AWESOME, I WISH I COULD CLONE HIM A HUNDRED TIMES!!!!! I noticed my AC wasn't working quite right in the middle of the day Saturday. Thank goodness the temperature was in the 70's!!! I immediately closed blinds, had fans blowing, and texted my plumber because his brother does heating/air. I didn't want to have to pay a high price due to it being the weekend. It's now Monday and haven't heard anything back from my plumber, so I used Google. After calling several well known companies and getting quotes anywhere from $90-140 just to diagnose the problem, I decided to call a company I haven't ever heard of before. Tony is extremely knowledgeable and I can tell he loves his job! He did a perfect job trying to diagnose the problem on the phone before he had even been to my house, and what he "thought" the problem was ended up being right! He gave me a sense of comfort. He explained in detail what he was doing and even showed me! He's honest, straight forward, and very affordable! Not only is his work quality but he is quick! I will refer him to everyone I know!

We had a hot, dire situation with an air conditioning unit. After struggling with a couple of other companies, we found Tony through the Next Door app. He is absolutely amazing-great tech and a wonderful human being. If you need an HVAC guy, I highly recommend this company!!!

Update: I had a furnace throwing an error code and called Tony for help! He is amazing and we are now toasty warm. What a great technician-so professional, efficient and kind. Thanks Tony!

Tony was recommended to me through a coworker when my ac and furnace unexpectedly quit on me. He was responsive and super helpful. He is very informative and doesn’t try to sugar coat anything. I love supporting small businesses so if you are ever in need of ac/furnace help, I highly recommend Tony!

In October, I had an urgent AC issue and called Rosewood Heating & Air Conditioning. Despite it being after hours, they promptly came to my rescue and got everything up and running smoothly. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. Tony went above and beyond that day and left a lasting impression, so much so, that we recently had our heating and air conditioning replaced by them.

Our furnace went out on a Saturday night in January. I called Tony on Sunday morning and he dropped everything to come over, diagnose, and repair. He really saved our weekend. I would highly recommend.

Tony was great! Diagnosed the problem in minutes, told me exactly what needed to be done and replaced the blower in my A/C. Very hard worker, clearly appreciates his craft and the company he represents. Would hire him in a heartbeat and recommend him to any one else looking for someone to tend to their Heating and Air Conditioning needs. After he was finished, explained to me some of the post installation diagnostic checks he was doing and verified everything was working. Extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do.

Tony was amazing! Our AC went out and miraculously, he could see us same day as called (85° day, house was 78°) We have a 5 yo, 3 yo, and 3.5 mo. Not to mention how nerve wracking it is to have a stranger in your house when you're home alone with 3 really little kids. BUT he was more than amazing!! Fantastic personality - let my 5 yo (girl) follow him around while he explained what he was doing and why. He told me everything I needed to know, but not too much, and he never spoke over my head. He was upbeat and friendly conversational while doing his thing, but also fine when I left him several times to tend to my kiddos. He also went above and beyond, after he found (right away) the main issue, checking several other fluids/areas/tubes/etc, to make sure we wouldn't have any other issues pop up soon. And he gave me a few tips to do and to look out for moving forward! Seriously, I can't recommend him enough. By far the best person I've ever had at my home to fix anything. I will be recommending him from the rooftops to all of my family and friends... and anyone else that will listen :)

Personally, he provided 'legendary ' service to me when my AC was not working. He had arrived in town from the East coast & was fatigued from eight hours sleep in four days . Yet he arrived & quickly diagnosed the issue & got my air conditioner running. Furthermore he saved me a lot of money, as another local company contracted by Home Depot gave me a completely different diagnosis with repair costing $1600 more, whilst also recommending the purchase of a new HVAC system .

I had tony come look at our business bay. Long story short the people that installed the new AC 5 years ago only hooked up half the unit on purpose to create faster burnout. He was able to hook it up and the AC ran much more efficient.

We called Tony when our AC was out on one of the hottest days of the year. Tony prioritized us and was at our house very quickly. He was very professional, did a great job at explaining to us what was going on, and resolved the issue very quickly. I would recommend Rosewood Heating and Air Conditioning to all of my friends, family, and colleagues.

Tony @ Rosewood hvac came and performed a 2nd opinion that I requested. He replied very quickly and was able to come to our house the next day. He checked furnace and ac. The company that did the 1st check is a local big name company in Omaha and told us our furnace is a safety hazzard to run. They recommended a total replacement at $22,000. Tony came in, did thorough check and found that most of what they said was a Hazzard, actually were non existent. Tony did a great job for us, explaining everything in detail. He truly is an honest person. A trait not found often these days. I totally recommend Rosewood and if you have hvac problems DEFINITELY call these guys instead of the big name businesses.
