I have been working with Tony for several years, he is great to work with. I would highly recommend. His level of service, professionalism, and responsiveness is second to none. I had a pretty big mess on my hands with my AC units prior to Tony coming into the picture. Tony has helped immensely with bringing my AC systems into great working condition.

Our furnace went out this morning. I contacted Rosewood at 7 am and Tony was here by 8:30.
He diagnosed the problem, explained it in full detail to me, and then headed out to grab the part. We had a fixed furnace by 9am. Unbelievable. This man and his business are second to none. Professional, prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the issue to me in a way I could completely understand. Rosewood has repaired my water heater and my furnace. I would never call anyone else.

Called Rosewood Heating over the winter due to an issue with my furnace. Tony did an amazing job. He was very thorough when diagnosing the problem. I also appreciate that he educated me on some basic maintenance things that I could be doing.

Came home from a week long vacation to a cold house, furnace would not stay running. Called Rosewood, do to the reviews left here in google. Tony was very informative of what he was seeing and what he was planning to do to check the functionality of my furnace. He was pleasant and connected with me in the time frame he said he would. Was here less than a hour and my home is warm again! Thank you Tony, you are worth every penny paid!

Tony showed up on a Saturday, was quick to diagnose the problem. Did a great job explaining and fixing the issue at an extremely fair price. Highly recommend.

I was beyond impressed with Rosewood Heating and AC! Tony is a no BS kind of guy. He was very personable and told me exactly what he was doing and looking for. I was told by another company that I needed a whole new AC unit. Tony was able to come in and tighten up a connection point and replace a small part on my outside unit, saving me thousands of dollars by avoiding the need to buy a new unit this year. 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Tony is best in the business. Tony is slammed all the time. My heater went out last night and I contacted Tony around 6am this morning. He moved his schedule around to get me in before 9am👍👍. Tony is an expert in Heating and Air and will do an excellent job for you👍👍.

Got a new furnace, central air unit, and coil installed. Quality of installation / work was worth 10 stars. Tony was easy to work with from the 1st phone call to get a bid for what I needed, through to the end when everything was done. Care was taken to protect my carpet in the basement and on the basement stairs. They cleaned up when done. I am happy with Rosewood Heating and Air Conditioning and would highly recommend them.

It’s easy to leave a positive review when everything goes perfect on a job, but a true testament to a company is how things are handled when there is a problem. We had an issue with some accidental damage during the install of a unit. John Henry went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We are extremely happy with our new heating/cooling system and the professional service we received!

WONDERFUL COMPANY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Our AC went out and they came right out to diagnose the issue. Come to find out (very quickly I might add) the last AC company that serviced our home (Standard heating and air) did not put wiring back correctly. A wire nut came off and literally was touching the other wires and was sparking when he opened the panel. How our house didn’t burn down I don’t know but I am EXTREMELY thankful they found and fixed this issue right on the spot. Very reasonably priced and they have a really great service plan also that I think we may sign up for. Very appreciative of this company. Russell was our tech and he was phenomenal. They even send you a text, a photo of the tech that’s coming and you can follow their location so you can see exactly when they are coming!!!! They call when they are around 30 min out. I just can’t speak highly enough about them. Definitely will always use them in the future!!

Kameron was super awesome and explained everything great! My boss and I have never had a more clear conversation with a technician!

Gentlemen was quick to find the problem and fix it. Very professional and kind. Gave solutions for down the road to prevent any further issues. Will definitely keep their number in the rolodex.

They had an opening, so I got same day service, which I was not expecting. The technician, Chris, was friendly and informative and had my AC up and running in no time. I would recommend John Henry’s plumbing, Heating, Air and Electrical to family and friends and will definitely be using again.

Excellent crew! They were on time, neat, and kept us informed all through the process. (Even finished sooner than expected!) Happy to have them as our "regular" service people!

I had Shad come install a Nest Flood Light. He was very professional and got everything completed in under an hour. Worked with me on proper placement and was very knowledgeable.

Got a text they were on the way. Be there in 8 minutes. 2 hours later I’m calling to find out the real arrival time.
The workers were great. Did a nice job. Did everything I needed.
See the photo because they didn’t finish the install of the basement toilet.
Now I have to find 2 caps and cut the bolts. You think for what they charge they would finish the job. I didn’t see it until they were long gone

They came back and comopleted the install. Great job and customer service follow thru

John came over late in the afternoon, addressed the my issue and explained everything he would have to do and then immediately got to work and did it quickly. Had a GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE!

Shout out to Lee - our plumbing tech - always professional and polite. Lee was able to fix our plumbing issue timely and we had a clear understanding of cost involved. Appreciate John Henry's excellent technical skills and customer service.
