Toni and her team at Sandhills are incredible to work with. Their communication was timely, thorough, and friendly. They were extremely patient as we made a decision about our new HVAC system and answered any and every question we had. Everyone from Toni (the owner) to the technicians were knowledgeable and helpful. We actually went with a different company for our new furance only because we needed a 2-stage option which they didn't have available. We will be switching back if they get this option in the future when it comes to replace our other units. I cannot recommend them enough!

We have used Sandhills for the past 3 years or so. Nick has carefully checked our furnace every fall & air conditioner every spring. He is knowledgeable, professional & fairly priced. We highly recommend him.

Sandhills came into our old home and came up with a great plan to get heating and air conditioning on the second floor. They listened to our questions and concerns and were very responsive. They came up with a unique strategy to utilize the space we had. We worked with the owners and their service technicians and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. We're very happy with the final product and service we received. I would definitely recommend them!

With sub-zero low temps predicted at the end of the coming weekend, I was somewhat alarmed when our furnace malfunctioned and would not circulate the heat. I called this morning, and only a couple of hours later, the Sandhills Team arrived and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes.

I can not recommend Sandhills company more. Our air conditioner began to have problems on Saturday . Sunday I called multiple companies that even didn’t return my call. Nick returned my call and came very quick. He is very knowledgeable, responsible and honest.
Diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

They did a great job fixing the mess that the Heating And Air company did when I built my addition they had to change a lot of the ductwork but everything works great I would recommend them Phil

This is the team to go with! Toni and Jerry plus another great staffer came out over two days to replace our AC and Heating systems. We have a solar unit and they sealed that off for us beautifully. Toni and team are cheerful, seriously professional, wonderfully intelligent, gifted, and very communicative. Toni conveyed very complicated ideas in simple terms to make the whole process fully understood. She was extremely patient and kind with a family member who is elderly and confused sometimes. Jerry is funny and you can tell the team loves working with each, and loves what they do. They register your equipment for you, since that can be overwhelming and people often forget. Sandhills is always very responsive to any repair or replacements we may need for heating and cooling issues. The technicians are always knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely our first choice and we highly recommend this company!

My first night in Omaha was a hot one. My air did not cool no matter how much I wanted it to. The next morning when I called Sandhills, that completely changed.

Nick was excellent. He arrived almost immediately after I got off the phone with Toni (spelling?) who places the work order. He cleaned and fixed my entire unit, outdoor and indoor, and it works as intended now. He was completely professional in his interactions, well educated and able to educate about the HVAC system, and had an excellent work ethic.

Attached below are pictures of what my unit looked like before it was serviced. There was zero air flow and zero cooling. Nick worked very hard to fix this and make it the most comfortable air quality possible

I've never felt these guys were anything but completely honest with the services they provide and what they charge for their expertise. Even to the point where I've had them come out to service my system, and they did not bill me because the fix was so simple. This type of honesty is not typical and needs to be recognized and called out when you work with a company with true integrity. It happens once, and you become a lifelong customer.

a great family/small business. I've used them on four occasions and found all of their team members to be skilled professionals and very technically competent. This week I had and old furnace go out and Sandhills was on site quickly after my call and worked late-late into the evening to finish the job.

Toni and her crew are the absolute best. The first time we called them was two years ago on a Thanksgiving. The owner came out that same day because we were without heat and didn’t charge an extra service charge for it being a holiday. The people that installed the furnace were going to make us wait until the following Tuesday, because they didn’t want to be bothered over the holiday weekend. Needless to say, we call Sandhills Heating and Cooling for service calls and general maintenance from now on.
This past Saturday we were treated with the same timely service. During the snowstorm storm and another Thanksgiving weekend, their technician was out within an hour. Their prices are very reasonable. Again, no additional service charge for it being a weekend. I can’t say enough good about them. Everything is explained in plain English and not dummied down for the non-HVAC folks.
