I called this morning (on a Saturday) and Fred was out at our house in about an hour! He took a look at our air conditioning unit and quickly fixed a couple parts on it. Fred was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations for keeping our AC system running well. This is one small business that we'd be glad to work with again!

We’ve all heard the horror stories of HVAC companies pushing customers to buy new systems. When our AC went out (hottest day of the year) I was nervous. I found Paradise because they had good reviews, and I went with them because they were local and a mom and pop style company. They were awesome. Fast - Fair - Affordable. Fred (the owner) even stopped over to check on his crew, although there was no need. The crew was knowledgeable, found the problem quickly, and we were back in the cold. Will never go anywhere else.

His team, TJ and Tristan, demonstrated exceptional skills and professionalism. When our heater encountered issues just before a dangerous winter storm, Fred went above and beyond. He promptly assessed the problem, explained it to the HVAC company, and efficiently ordered the necessary parts. Despite the urgency, Fred and his team managed to fix the heater at an affordable rate with impressive speed and precision. Robyn, the company administrative, facilitated seamless communication throughout the process. The level of expertise and dedication displayed by Fred & Robyn and their team ensured our comfort and safety during challenging weather conditions. I highly recommend this HVAC company for their top-notch service and reliable team.

Definitely a place I’m glad I gave my business to. Had our AC go out a few weeks back. Called the company Friday towards the evening and they tried to assist me over the phone to see if there was a quick remedy to get AC. For them to help me over the phone prior to giving them my business, I knew this was the right choice. The owner (Fred) came to my house the next morning and went over what was going on. Didn’t even charge me an outrageous weekend fee for doing this. He took the time to educate me and gave me options for fixing the issue, didn’t try to sell me anything that was not needed. Right there again I was like this is who will get my business. I am a very hesitant person when it comes to getting major items fixed but if you have AC problems, give your business to this company!

We were recommended Paradise Heating & Cooling by some family members who had the company replace their entire HVAC system within their house. After hearing such positive feedback from our family, we decided to call them up and have them perform some basic, seasonal maintenance for us.

TJ came out and was excellent. He arrived earlier than anticipated, and Robbin gave us a quick call to make sure that was okay and would work for us before he stopped by.

They performed a simple maintenance check of our furnace, humidifier, and then the outdoor A/C unit as well (including cleaning the coils). All of this was done at a very fair price, which was great. They did make two small recommendations and said they were just that, recommendations. No pressure at all to buy anything.

If you’re looking for a dishonest HVAC contractor look no further. I would recommend even the worse companies (Burton, Aksarben One Hour) over the work Fred performs. Fred has upped his agreed price after installation occurred and denied quoting me lower. Encounter any problems with the system he installed that isn’t a basic fix? Fred will make up excuses not to come out and then insult you for contacting another contractor. Never seen such a high degree of unprofessionalism and I have helped my husband (A general contractor) with his business for years. As an informed consumer, STAY AWAY

I have used Paradise for years and have always been more than happy with their service. They take the time to tell me exactly what the problem is and then give me options to solve the problem. I have never felt like I was overcharged for a service and they are always prompt with their service.

Fred is absolutely amazing and helped my family out so much. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to go the extra mile. Robbin is always so nice when I talk to her on the phone. The paradise team has been wonderful to my family and I will forever use them for all our HVAC needs.

He did not try to pressure me into buying equipment I did not need. Excellent workmanship! He really takes pride in his work and I could not be happier! They were very fast in getting here when the heat went out. They replaced the furnace for a fair price. They took pride in their work and it looks and works perfectly.

I've been in my home for over 20 years and I started using Sandhills from day one and I won't let anyone else touch my air conditioner or heater they're fabulous.

Not sure when this is about. If it was last spring for an AC check-up, I think I already provided a review. It was okay service, although I had to walk the tech through the details of our air conditioning unit since he was not familiar with it or its oddities. If this is about this fall, so far we have not had any service.

I want to thank the owner for coming out today to fix my parents’ AC! It went out yesterday and when I went over to try and trouble shoot it, it was already 80 degrees in the house. My Dad is a Vet and is an amputee, has COPD and Congestive Heart Failure. The heat is not good for his breathing! The other companies he called said 2-5 days. You are truly a life saver!
