Great service! Installed a furnace and heat pump. Highly recommend

Our furnace stopped working overnight and our house was COLD. As usual, they sent a tech out within only a few hours to fix the problem. They are professional, fast and always very transparent in their pricing which I find to be very reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about our experiences with them!

When my last HVAC service provider couldn't fix the issues with the furnace THEY installed, I called Interstate because they're a Lennox Authorized dealer. Jean, who answered the phone knew exactly what I was talking about and even approximately what it would cost. When the tech came out, he spent considerable time making sure of exactly what I needed and then fixed all the issues so quickly I thought he left something out. This morning with -4 wind chills and a strong breeze the upstairs of my house (bedrooms) was very cozy. Highly recommend these people and I will use them from now on.

We came home from vacation and a/c wasn't working. I called after hours and left a message. I got a call back quickly and the person said they would call and schedule an appointment for the next day. Call came in the morning and had an appointment made for just a few hours later. Tech Brandon showed up on time and worked hard at the repair. A blower was no good in the furnace. Brandon searched around and found one blower left in town. He drove to pick it up and came back and had it installed shortly. This company was superior from start to finish. Brandon was outstanding. Any future problem I have will be done by Interstate!

Their technician was very knowledgeable and fixed our ac unit in a timely manner. Also, he helped with maintenance on our hvac system and recommended a more cost efficient filter. I would highly recommend this company.

Awesome company to work with. Got a new furnace and AC. Price was right and the service was terrific. You can tell these guys are pros. Laid down sheeting over all walkways. Disassembled existing units and installed new ones likes robots, everyone doing an assigned task. Done in half a day. You'd never know they were there. Cleaned up spotless. Everything works perfectly! Highly recommend.

We have been using Interstate H&C since the 80s and they are top notch for service, reliability and trustworthiness. They replaced our aging furnace with a new Lennox HE furnace and a new S40 Lennox Thermostat. The install was perfect and we are very satisfied with the work and the new furnace and thermostat. Highly recommend them for any H&C needs you may have.

We had Interstate out to service our geothermal and replace four heat pumps in April of 2025. They "fixed" it but the same symptoms popped up again shortly thereafter. We had a different company out who said that the repair was not done correctly and was a "cheap band aid". They fixed it correctly.

Shortly thereafter, the four brand new pumps burned out. The second HVAC company blamed the faulty repair by Interstate. Interstate blamed the other company. I spoke directly to Paul, who I told was the owner at Interstate, who admitted their work was not done in the best way possible (he defended it by saying it was the least expensive option, but we were never told there were better or even other options). Paul would not warranty the pumps and told us it was not due to their error.

I have no way to prove that it was became of Interstate's faulty repair work, but it was a bad experience for us with Interstate and I would not recommend them. It cost us thousands of dollars.

I also saw their response claiming they gave me three options. This is a stretch of the facts, at best - the options were to replace two pumps or all four at once. The repair in question is a separate issue and they did not give me any other options. They tried to fix it and did it the cheap way. Their owner called me and told me as such. It did not work. I had a bad experience with them. For their sake, hopefully it was an isolated incident. But they should at least be truthful with how it went down. They made a mistake, their owner admitted to it, they should have made it right but they didn't. No one is perfect. But don't try to paint a customer who paid them thousands of dollars as being dishonest.
