Andy replaced the backflow and leading pipes to it on my sprinkler system. Andy did an excellent job... but most importantly, it is his customer service skills. Andy showed up on time and polite! Thank you "The Frazier" for sending Andy!!!

Russ is the absolute best service technician I have ever had the privilege of working with. I called Frazier’s office first thing in the morning because my air conditioner wasn’t working properly, and by noon Russ was here, solved the problem, fixed it, and saved me thousands of dollars because he knows exactly what he's doing. If you want the best and most trustworthy, Russ is your guy!!

We moved into our new house when the temps were in the 20’s. We found out quickly that our HVAC system was not working properly. Only one side of the house was getting heat. James came and and quickly fixed our problem and now we are warm and toasty!!!

We had Frazier replace our furnace two weeks ago. Upon shutting down, it made a banging noise in the duct system. I called, and on the same day, Russ came over and diagnosed the issue and braced the problem. It is now silent when the furnace stops. Much appreciative of Russ’s quick work and customer service!!

Matt Delaware did a fine job addressing our needs. He easily identified the issue with our air conditioner, clearly explained the problem and how to address it. He made the repairs and then shared tips on how we can better maintain our unit. His professional approach was outstanding! Frazier has been servicing my HVAC systems for 45+ years. Their technicians are well trained and provide excellent service. The customer service has always been exemplary. I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else for HVAC!

Aiden and Myron went above and beyond. They didn't quit until the job was done right. They even immediately got a higher ladder so they could complete the job within the scheduled time. They were kind and courteous.

Russ was fantastic and quickly diagnosed my problem on after hours call. Problem was icing around my intake due to extreme cold. He fully explained the issue and provided a work around to deal with this issue should it happen again. Thank you so much!

I have been using Frazier heating and AC for years. I’ve always had wonderful service. James Cleland was the technician today who came out for normal maintenance and noticed the blower cap needed to be replaced. Luckily, he had that part in his truck and was able to replace it. James was very friendly and nice.

We are very pleased with Frazier Co. for preventative maintenance of our HVAC systems. All technicians have been knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They give great advice and seem eager to help us maintain the older system that we have, instead of getting us to purchase a new one. That means a lot to us.
