Austin was friendly, professional & thorough. He offered suggestions to get the most efficiency from our A C. We have never had a bad experience with any Skradsky technician.

Everyone was amazing and did a great job! Mario and Johnny did amazing on the install! Matthew was an amazing technician! Brian in sales was great! All the ladies in the office were great as well! Not sure of all the ladies names but Stephanie, Gwen, Yesica and Hannah? Everyone was great! I highly recommend!

First time using Skradski H&C for service. I saw they were highly rated for service doing an AI search, and it was spot on. Our technician, Geo, was friendly and thorough in cleaning and inspecting our two furnace. Showed me several photos of cracks in one of the heat exchangers, and explained our options for repair or replacement. I highly recommend this company.

Tyler did a great job! I really Feel confident in the work that he completed. Before he left, he summed up the work that he completed. Also, gave me a written summary and let me know I would be receiving step-by-step photos by email. Skradski Is lucky to have Tyler. Because of China, I renewed my maintenance agreement.

Espoir was punctual and professional. This was his 2nd time servicing our system and he does a great job. Highly recommend Skradski. And the office team is friendly and helpful too!

Had Skardski out to look at our furnace that was operating very loudly, and was producing a natural gas smell from the induction vent. Had another company out before, and they immediately pushed us into trying to buy a new unit once they found out the age without doing much diagnostic work (but still charged us a full diagnostic fee). They also quoted us grossly high estimates to replace. To get a second opinion, we reached out to Skardski. They had Geo come out, and he did a wonderful job. He was very thoughtful, went through our system with great detail, and explained everything. He determined the correct parts that needed replacing, and the estimate came out to significantly cheaper. Very happy with the service, and will look to use them in the future.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING all-around experience! Skradski clearly is THE BEST in the greater Omaha Metro, and they EARNED it!

Had some issues with my AC unit a months or so back during a heatwave. They sent someone out on a holiday (4th of July) quickly and fixed my AC unit quickly and explained the issue. Had another issue two weeks later where my coil froze and they were quick to help address that too! Second time they didn’t even charge me a service fee since I still had issues. Great service. Super nice secretary/admin who helps coordinate the visits too! Highly recommended!
Edit: They did a furnace inspection for me yesterday as I signed up for the plan. Great service. They pestered me (in a good way) and they came over and were quick and good doing the inspection. 11/10. Will use them in the future.

Matthew did a great job with our furnace maintenance. He let us know some things we needed for improvement with reasonable quotes, and for no extra cost fixed and cleaned a few parts. He was kind and knowledgeable.

We entered the oldest furnace contest and Mike Duffet came out to do our inspection and was delightful. Even though we didn't win he made sure to leave my mother and I with some numbers for resources through the state to potentially help with covering the cost of replacement when the time comes. Mike really cared and that's not always the case these days so he was very appreciated! Top notch employee.

Blake was very knowledgeable about our system, worked thoroughly, and was very friendly. He was prompt. He did a great job of explaining everything to us in language we could understand.I definitely will be requesting him again.

Superfantabolistic! No other way to describe my experience. From the first call, Skradski was professional and service oriented. They arrived when they said they would. Sent a picture of the tech before hand. Matthew was professional and honest in diagnosing the problem and pointing out other issues. What I really appreciated is the thoroughness of his work. I am an engineer and know about the system. He was spot on in his checks and interpretation. I decided to replace the furnace. Mike came out same day and explored all the options. Furnace was installed yesterday. Zack and Phil’s (Sorry…can’t spell the full name) workmanship was very professional. They brought in everything from the back and laid carpet protection down. I was incredibly impressed from beginning to end. I finally found my HVAC contractor in Omaha! Well Done Skradski!!!

This was the best experience by far I have had with a home repair. They called to make an appointment within 3 hours and were at my home the same day. Matt gave us several options for repair and was so professional and honest.

Very thorough, Zack made sure the job was done properly. He and his co-worker were very professional and took NO short cuts. They went beyond my expectations, and answered any questions I had. Very pleased with their work. I would NOT HESITATE to use their services. We had a furnace replacement, Skradski was quick to respond and answered any questions I had. They gave us a great price with excellent service all the way.

Tyler was great!
I needed a second opinion on 3 furnace issues that another company said I needed to address/fix ($$$$). Guess what? Tyler found that only 1 at of the 3 actually needed fixed. This one item was the least expensive out of the three. Tyler fixed it same day and the cost was alot less that what the other company quoted. Skradski and Tyler saved me $$$$. I highly recommend Skradski for your HVAC needs.

Have been using Skradski for years. In fact, we used Skradski back when they were Town and Country.

I have never felt pressured to buy or upgrade nor have I felt like I was oversold. Their techs are always knowledgeable too. We get the maintenance agreement for peace of mind and highly recommend it. This is a reputable business and they will take care of you.

For what it's worth, we have purchased multiple furnaces, A/Cs, and even a mini split from them. This was due to moving around different houses and having a rental too. They are fantastic!

EXCELLENT! Mario, Filiberto, and Johnny installed a whole new HVAC system for us, and we are so grateful for both their expertise with the work itself and for their kindness and conscientiousness in our home and in regard to my health issues. They took the time needed to do the install the right way, and their attention to detail shows. They were careful to keep doors and gates closed, to clean up dust and debris, and to let us know when there might be some smoke or odor from the burn-off in the new system. Perhaps most impressively, they did it all with cheerful attitudes. They also knew how much we were hoping it could be done in one day, so they even stayed late to finish the job but without rushing and still testing everything very thoroughly before they left.

Additionally, every other person we have dealt with from Skradski has been gracious, helpful, and knowledgeable. Hannah, Brandy, and Stephanie in the office have fielded every phone call and question with kindness and patience and have kept us well-informed on scheduling and paperwork.

Matthew (system maintenance) and Zack (new system consult) demonstrated both expertise and respect when they came to our home. Zack spent all the time we needed answering our many questions and explaining things as we made decisions about the new system. He wasn't even remotely pushy or "salesman-y," which we especially appreciated.

Our overall experience with Skradski has truly been excellent, and we are so grateful!

Matt did an excellent job! He arrived with the needed part and promptly removed the old and installed the new.
After some fine tuning our furnace issue was solved.

Matthew, the service technician did an outstanding job. He explained everything he was going to do as we had several parts of the HVAC system cleaned and an air purifier system installed.
