Trust is a huge factor for this type of service. I’ve been trusting Russ with my hvac needs for over ten years now. Never doubted him once. No selling me stuff I don’t need. Always on time. I know my system is in good hands when Russ comes out twice a year with our service contract.

Ryan did an outstanding job replacing my gas valve. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed! Jeff was quick to give us an estimate and the crew had our stuff installed in two days and inspected. They were our best estimate. Overall very accurate and efficient.

James came over and got my furnace running back to normal. Very friendly and knows what he is doing. We'll ask for him in the future.

Our A/C went out overnight. Called Frazier and got an appointment for that morning. Russ arrived, diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes, installed the new parts and had us up and running in less than an hour. Russ also applied our extended warranty to the parts and saved us some $$. Top notch service and an enjoyable conversation while getting the work done. Thank you!

When our AC went out over the Labor Day holiday weekend, Russ came out within 20 minutes, was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with the outdoor AC unit. Luckily, the issue wasn’t severe and we were back in comfort quickly. I was so worried about calling over a holiday weekend, but am glad I did! Thank you!

Russ goes above and beyond with service! He has always done a great job of explaining the problem and giving options to repair. He stayed until 7:00 pm at our home to make a repair to ensure we had cool air. We have never had a bad experience with Russ and will always ask for him when we need maintenance or a repair.

Blake checked our furnace and humidifier and a found a problem with our humidifier. He replaced the humidifier control. Was thorough and efficient.

Did a fantastic job and took the time to help fix some bent metal that made the filter hard to take out and put in. Appreciated his help a lot!

Tom did a great job. Diagnosed the problem, took care of it and looked for any other potential issues. None were found at this time. Would highly recommend Tom and the Frazier company.

The Frazier Company recently competed the installation of our new furnace and air conditioner system to replace a 25 year old system. Jeff, the estimator, proposed an installation which was appropriate for our house without a lot of extras or upgrades. A very nice system with a fair price. Zach and Russ, along with their installation team did a wonderful job of removing the existing units and installing and testing the new system. They were all very pleasant and professional. The Frazier service man that worked on my furnaces today was very professional and spent quite sometime making sure everything was running properly. He did a thorough system check. Everything was put back and the area was cleaned! I would highly recommend this company and their employees .

Russ did my annual HVAC maintenance today. He has been the technician for this home for many, many years. He guides me on any repairs/replacements that maybe needed. Simply put, he is knowledgeable and my go to for any HVAC needs. His service is A++++
