I called in the morning and was able to schedule an afternoon appointment on the same day. Scott was clearly a knowledgeable professional. He diagnosed the issue and made what seemed to be a simple repair. He continued after the repair to do a complete preventative cleaning and service of our furnace and humidifier.
We highly recommend SOS for your repair or preventative maintenance needs.

Estimator Torrey was very responsive to my phone calls and text messages. He arrived promptly for a FREE estimate, was very personable and polite. No pressure to hook us into signing anything right then and there, which I really appreciate! His behavior really influenced me to choose SOS over two other provider estimates. The old AC we had was like from the 1970’s and it had stopped working. We were able to be scheduled quickly for the install of our new AC in June and everything was done well. Great service, and we highly recommend them! If you’re needing a company that offers quality without overpricing, give these folks a call.

In December, my wife and I were told that our 20 year old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. We knew we would need to replace it but we had never gone through the process of replacing an entire HVAC system in any of our homes. I was referred to SOS by a relative that had worked with them extensively and had great things to say about them. Jon came out the next day to assess our situation and provided us with comprehensive solution options. SOS is a third generation company.They are locally owned and operated. We decided to go with SOS and we are so glad we did! Their installation team came out the very next week and worked all day to ensure that our new system was perfect. Throughout this bitter cold spell, our new system has performed flawlessly. I highly recommend this company and their team of professionals.

A former SOS employee suggested I contact them when our 20 yr old furnace decided to quit on a freezing day last December (The freezing air pouring out of our vents was an awful surprise to wake up to!). He said they were fairly priced and offered quality work,and he was right!

The SOS technician arrived within a couple of hours. He was kind, took the time to explain exactly what was going wrong, answered all of my questions, and explained how he was going to fix the problem. Instead of suggesting replacement (which would have been at least $10,000, and to be fair, it's what I was dreading/expecting), he was able to replace a broken part the same day. The repair took about 1.5 hours, and that includes the time needed for the technician to drive to pick up the part we needed.

All said and done, labor and parts came to just under $500! For an emergency situation, I was SO thankful! Without SOS, we would have had to get a hotel for the night.

Thank you for being so fair and reliable when others might have easily taken advantage! Unfortunately, I can't recall the technician's name, but if SOS reads this - you should definitely give him a raise or at least a nice bonus 😉 thanks again! I will absolutely recommend SOS to my friends and family!

I was informed by a competitor heating and air conditioning company that I was in need of a new furnace. The competitor gave me a price and an installation date. My daughter suggested that I call SOS heating and air conditioning and use their friends and family promotion. I Called SOS and they sent a representative out that very afternoon. SOS gave me a better price and an installation date within two days. The representative was very thorough and professional. The installation day went very smoothly with them, arriving on time and finishing the job professionally. I had one small issue with the humidifier attached to the furnace that I spoke with them about. They again came out the same day And corrected the problem. I would recommend SOS to anyone that’s thinking of getting a new heating or air conditioning system.

We had our system bid and installed in 2019 and 7 years later, we're still very happy with their service. I buy the off-season service plan and I've always had a good experience. Today Gabriel performed our furnace tune up and I'm especially pleased with his service! He's friendly and communicative, and even took the extra time to show me how to make future adjustments to my humidifier on my own. I've recommended SOS to family a few times already and will continue to do so. Very happy customers here!

Kevin and crew did great work. Very professional and very tidy. Two furnace install and honestly it feels like a work of art after they installed it. Smooth lines, clean electrical line, clean everything. Makes the last people who installed the old ones look like they didn’t care. Kevin and crew cares about a job well done. We would recommend to anyone that needs furnace.

The whole team at Skradski was great - the customer support rep was friendly on the phone, Ryan M (service tech) diagnosed our equipment efficiently and explained everything well, Brian R (estimator) was open and honest about our situation and gave us several different repair/replacement options, and Jeremy T and the rest of the service tech team were considerate of us and our home and worked quickly to get our air back on. Jeremy thoroughly explained everything they did at the end, and gave us advice for taking care of our new system in the future. Would recommend them to anyone and will be using them exclusively in the future.

I don’t understand why this company is in the A/C business. They come out to check why my a/c is not working says it just needs cleaned out. One day after they left it froze up again. Big ice outside on a/c leaking in my house. At first they said not to set lower then 67. They came back out did nothing and said can’t set lower then 72. Okay well 72 on the a/c but says it’s 88 in my house. They should NEVER touch your a/c at ALLL!! This is on a nicer day. Set at 72 but still 78 in the house.

The technicians were polite and efficient. Punctual. Really went above and beyond to get me a new furnace in an old house which ended up being very tricky for them. They left my basement spotless - cleaner than when they arrived. Working with the business office was really great too. They came up with a VERY fair estimate, gave me choices and clearly explained things. Very trustworthy. Really the only company I would ever recommend. Can’t thank them enough!

Branden installed our furnace/AC, came back a few days later to fix issues with the humidifier, and came back today when an alert appeared on the thermostat. He has always been patient, kind, explains things well, and knows how to do his job well!
He is the kind of technician every HVAC company wants!

Brandon was fantastic. He thoroughly inspected my furnaces, diagnosed any issues, explained clearly what he found and gave me options for maintenance of the units. He explained what he found in a way that I could completely understand, and provided numerous pictures of the insides of my furnaces.

Showed up when they said they were going to. Very friendly. Explained quite well what they were going to do and then they did it . Very helpful and answered all my questions . Had a problem with a part, and they resolved that very quickly. Everything looks nice and works nice. Highly recommend them.

Matthew came out the same day as I called for service needs. He was very thorough in his explanation of the problem, explained the cost and all options, and then efficiently repaired the unit to work again!

Owen from Skradski was great. Courteous and professional the whole time. I explained what it was doing and what I was hearing. Couple of questions later he had a pretty good idea what was up. Probably 20 minutes later he was set. Quick and easy. Highly recommend.
