I don't write a lot of reviews, but we have worked with Witchita for furnace and AC repair. They also installed our new furnace. They are quick to respond, and everyone we have encountered with the company has been very polite, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them for any heating and cooling problems!

We always a good experience with Witchita. Service people are always polite, respectful and informative. As a mom, I place a very high value on how polite people are to my babies when they enter our home, and I've been very impressed by how permission is asked when service people need to move from one floor to the other and how they will hesitate a moment to allow me to pick up the baby or give the baby room to get to me. Pricing is fair, quality is good and response time is good. We highly recommend them.

I initially called Wichita for an intermittent issue with my blower fan. Of course it worked when they came out (isn't that how it always goes) but a few weeks later it happened again. They returned and determined that a part had failed. The cost to fix it wasn't worth it for this furnace so I opted to replace it. Since I had no fan and was buying the furnace through Wichita (Talking with Chris and Patrick who I probably asked too many questions) the tech Aldo was able to get a fan working temporarily bypassing the damaged part though it would run all the time. When the new furnace came in the install was like everything else: very professional. Albert, Brian and Russ did a fantastic job. They even cleaned up some stuff that the previous company had done that was not great (poor hose and wire routing). They really took pride in their work and it shows. I'm absolutely a customer for life now and will recommend them to anyone. Its rare to find a company that is this professional and takes their time to do work right.

I heard about this company through my neighborhood app, they were highly recommend on there, and did not disappoint! 3rd generation family-owned. Our AC went out and we initially called another company who did the whole sales pitch and ended up with a quote a few thousand higher than what we ended up paying with Wichita for similar products, so I feel we got a great price through them! They fixed our old a.c. for free to get us through to the appointment. Every single worker we encountered was timely, professional, clean, and respectful of our home. They will be our go to heating/air company, and I'll be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Wichita is our go to heating and cooling contractor. We have had nothing but great experiences with them. They are professional, honest and responsive. They installed new furnace and A/C units in our previous home and service the heat pump in our current home. When I installed the new units in our previous home, I obtained many bids and Wichita was one of the lowest. Shortly after installation, one of the units was making an intermittent clicking noise. They came out and reinstalled the unit. Great customer service! I have recommended them to family and friends, and they have had the same positive experiences.

I was truly impressed with the dependability, honesty, and professionalism of this company.
They have been servicing my 20+ years old AC Carrier for the last three - four years and never have they pushed for a replacement. The technicians are very kind , pleasant , and are excellent repairers of any malady that could affect an old machine.
Alas, the box in the basement ( Inverter Coils?) started to leak , my new furnace was in danger to be flooded , it was time to replace the whole unit.
Although my old AC was bought somewhere else, I trusted Wichita and hoped I could afford their bid.
I did my research , learned about different models and brands and invited two other companies to give me a bid.
I was delighted when it appeared that Wichita had exactly the model i was preferring and their price offer was the most competitive !
Since I had to wait for 3 weeks for the installation they sent one of their able technicians to do a temporary repair.
Everyone I dealt with at Wichita , the repairmen, the installers, the office people and owners , was above my expectations. Calls were responded to quickly, appointments were made as fast as possible and everyone took the time to explain.
In conclusion , I find Wichita to provide a honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service and would recommend them without hesitation to whomever is in need of a new cooling and heating system !

Great experience. AC froze up and Wichita was able to get a tech out within an hour to fix it. It needed more refrigerant. A week later it went out and I thought I was going to have to pay big bucks for a whole new AC unit due to another leak. Signed up to get a new unit through Wichita and when they came by they informed me it was just the capacitor that could be replaced. These guys are not slimy like most AC companies that just want to get your money. This is an honest team that just wants to help where they can. Could not recommend them enough!

Theyre incredible! They came and in 30 minutes had fixed our AC. We had called Askarben and they said the repair would be 9k or a new unit would be 22k. Wichita fixed it for 200 dollars!! These guys help, other guys sell!

I woke up on a Friday morning at 6 o’clock to find that my furnace had stopped running sometime in the night. It was 55° in the house and was below zero outside. I had used Wichita heating and cooling before so I called them when they open ed at 8 o’clock. I received the same-day appointment and Bob showed up at my house About 45 minutes later. He got it out some meters and tools and diagnose the problem in about 10 minutes. My furnace is only four years old and Bob was in contact with the supply house that verified the age and the blower motor that was bad was covered under warranty. All I had to do is pay Bob‘s labor. Bob left and came back about an hour later and installed the blower motor. From the time I called them to the time, my house was warm was around two hours. Bob was super professional and very knowledgeable. I was really impressed with their service as I have been in the past. This company really knows how to do it right.

I'm sold on Wichita Heating and Cooling. Bill and his team are professionals and give top notch customer service at a reasonable price. We're pleased with our air conditioner, humidifier and thermostat purchase. It's refreshing to find a company you can count on.

I have been using your HVAC service plan for many years now, and I am pleased to say your services, and people are SECOND TO NONE!!! From the owner on down, everyone I deal with are professional, polite, accommodating and pleasant to work with.

My technician Aldo, is deserving of special recognition as well as Patrick the scheduler of services. I have never met Patrick but when we communicate, it's like talking with my best friend; he is so personable. I tip my hat to both of you along with the owner who I spoke with at length when I first started with Wichita. He gave me what I wanted; AN HONEST ANSWER, so hard to get these days.

I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Wichita. Our AC unit shut off in the night and we called around 10:30 a.m. seeing if they could send a technician. One arrived by noon, the problem was solved by 12:30, and the price was fair/reasonable based on our issue. Aldo, our technician, was very polite and quickly worked to resolve the problem. I plan to call them again in the future for any cooling needs.

I have used a number of Heating & Cooling companies over the years in Omaha. And I've now found the best of the bunch - Wichita Heating & Cooling. The Wichita family has owned and operated this business for more than 70 years. And I can't tell you how impressed I've been with their expertise and service. They recently installed a whole home air purification system for us and our house FEELS way better - a truly amazing difference. And the best thing is I TRUST in these guys! I highly recommend Wichita Heating & Cooling!

Your search is over if you are looking for an honest and prompt company to service your system. I had this furnace and air put in 13 years ago and the company that installed it, serviced it yearly and always found something that needed to be replaced or worked on. Last year I was told that my injectors would need to be replaced on the furnace but I didn't do it and I'm so glad that I followed my instincts. This company says that there are no problems and everything is clean and good (except for finding a mouse in the blower compartment. It had been there for a long time because it was just bones). Albert was the service tech and not only was he knowledgably but he was so polite, clean and professional from start to finish. I will continue to use this company from now on and recommend them highly. Wichita Heating and Cooling is the company to contact.

We have had a few service calls and the service we have received has been exceptional. During our last service call, Jody was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly determined our smart thermostat kept losing connection and would be replaced.

Over the summer, our AC unit went out and needed a new motor. Since we had a previous service call in the month prior, we were not charged for our weekend service call. That team also worked quickly to resolve our issue.

At our old residence, we were in need of replacement after the past homeowners failed to disclose to us that the AC unit did not work. We found out when we turned it on for the first time in the summer. I really liked the financing options SOS provided. We will use the company again when our current, aging systems will need replaced in the future.

I have worked with SOS on my own home, in my rental properties and referred them to clients. They have provided great solutions that resulted in cost savings. Their team really cares and has done great quality work for us! I highly recommend SOS!
