During this terrible heat, our a/c unit was not working right. I had an appointment with another company and they said it would be at least a week. I explained my daughter has 2 heart conditions and medical issues and can't handle this heat. I called Wichita and they put me on the standby list and came out later that day. I cannot believe that they came out so quickly and their work and price was amazing. I am a customer for life. Thank you so much.

Dealing with Wichita was a great experience from bid to installation. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Wichita for our new system. They were friendly, professional and efficient. We would recommend them to all of our friends.

Wichita gave me a timely response during a heatwave and had the appointment done in less than one hour. Kevin, their repairman, was very professional and informative. And the price was right too.

Nextdoor App helped me find Wichita Heating and Cooling, many people spoke highly about them and they were right! I called for service on my furnace and within an hour the technician was at my door. Nice young man, very knowledgeable, fixed the issue promptly and helped me understand what he had done. Wichita Heating and Cooling is also very reasonably priced. From now on they will be our HVAC serving provider.

I hired this company on 10-24-2019 to replace my heating and air conditioning unit, in my mobile home. They were fantastic, from start to finish! I am extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend them. They even provided me with a temporary a/c unit, free of charge, until they were able to do the work!

Michael came out and fixed our AC quickly and professionally. He explained the problem and quickly got to work. So impressed with this company, great customer service, expert knowledge and felt we got a fair deal on our repair. Highly recommend.

A good company. Honest. I recommend them to all my friends and family. The most important part of air conditioning and heating longevity is the initial installation. Poor install equals poor results.
Not everyone in the business does a good job on installations and even fewer are reputable. Just my two cents.

Wichita Heating & Cooling was professional and offered great service at a competitive price on our recent furnace replacement. I've also used them on another property for A/C replacement and was impressed with the value and service for that project as well.

Just getting a chance to write this review after this summer's AC install with Wichita. I got several quotes and talked to several companies and Wichita went above and beyond anything that the others did as far as discussing the install in detail and helping us through the hot months limping through on our existing AC before the new one was available. Wichita offered to top off my leaking Freon multiple times as there was a global supply delay on ACs this summer not allowing my install to happen for about 30 days that was no fault of theirs. They topped off Freon at no cost so we had cold air in the meantime. They offered that even before we found out about the big delay in AC units. They were the ONLY company to offer that to me. In addition, they also happened to be the best quoted price as well for a nice efficient unit. So really, just all around helpful and going above and well beyond just installing a new AC. I am contractor myself so I know the importance of communication and being there for the customer. These guys kept me updated the whole time and were there for us the whole way checking in to make sure my old unit was still cooling in the meantime. I will ONLY use these guys going forward.

I highly recommend Wichita Heating & Cooling. We recently used them twice for air conditioner repairs. They came out quickly, were very knowledgeable and thorough, and were friendly. Additionally, the prices are reasonable. We definitely will call them in the future!

Honest and reliable, is what it comes down to. They don't try to sell you things you don't need, so I trust their recommendations. Our A/C unit recently broke down, and while the model was discontinued, they were upfront about the temporary fixes, and that they would be more expensive long-term, and gave us multiple options for replacements that allowed us to choose what would work best for our budget, including financing options. They got us in quickly, and replaced our entire system in just a few hours!

We had a very good experience working with Wichita Heating & Cooling. They repaired our old A/C (for free) while we waiting for the new one to be installed. Very competitive pricing and quality work. I was actually quite impressed. They also went above and beyond repairing a valve on our old humidifier (it broke during installation of the A/C).

We have been using Wichita for quite sometime and have been totally happy with them! Our last furnace emergency they came right out and took care of the problem! Our most recent maintenance service was also handled by the same service technician named Ramon! He did a great job and explained everything to us! Great service great people! Thank you Wichita!

This is such a great company! I was told by my regular HVAC provider that I had no cause for concern for the gas I smelled in my basement whenever my heat was on. Still concerned, I mean, it's gas, asking around, a number of people recommended Wichita. Wichita came out, checked over my system, and went the extra mile to examine my roof vent, even though the gas readings were within specs. Sure enough there was a bird's nest crammed in the flue and impacting the outflow. I appreciate the time Wichita took to find and mitigate the issue.

When it comes to keeping your family safe and comfortable, you want a partner that's committed to the long term relationship. We had Wichita replace our entire system a few years back and they did an exceptional job. We have them service the system twice a year to ensure everything is at peak performance and to take advantage of the extended warranty.

We had a hardware challenge earlier this week, over 100 degrees outside, and after 4:00. When I reached out for help, Chris got on the phone personally and Ramone was here with parts within half an hour of us getting off the phone. I need to put a plug in for Ramone, who is always meticulous.

I won't guarantee that every experience will come out this well, but Wichita does excellent work, and stands behind their work 100 perfect.

My air conditioner stopped cooling on a 100 degree day. I called Wichita Heating & Cooling, they put me on their list, guaranteed they'd be here the same day, and were here by noon! From the office (Patrick) to the field (Kevin), I received outstanding, professional, and friendly service. The Technician (Aldo) responded very quickly and was very professional. The incident was on there weekend and he did not have access to the correct part but was able to use a generic part to solve the heating issue to get the heat back in our house. Aldo also returned back to our house early the next week and installed the part that was needed. Again very knowledgeable and professional during the follow up visit.

I had an amazing experience with Wichita. I had a furnace die on me and i contacted a couple companies for a quote and they were the only ones that didn't try to oversell me or tried to convince me to get an AC unit as well. Everything was done remotely and i didn't even seen them once but the installation was perfect, and they left the place as clean as It was! I was very lucky to hear about them!!! I will definitely contact them when I need work on any other HVAC issues. Thank you
