He was very good, and informative, did a very good job and answered my questions. He came same day so we wouldn't be without heat. Was very helpful on how to maintain the filters and when to ch a nge them . Would use them again if needed.

Jesse came a few hours after our call. He talked through everything he was doing and why my AC was having issues. Excellent service at a great price and awesome customer care. Will be my go to for any future heating and air needs.

6 months after the AC maintenance, called Omaha HVAC and Jesse and Al came out and looked at my heater did some work and determined my heater needed to be replaced. We set up the install and they returned with a new unit. Five hours later I had a new better heater warming my house, ready for the cold weather. Polite, easy to talk to, and explained everything they were doing. Will continue to trust my HVAC needs to them.

I called at noon because my furnace was making a clicking sound where the pilot light ignites.
Jesse was able to come fix it later the same day! Jesse and Alfred were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly!
He replaced the Run Capacitor and the furnace is now working great!

Jesse came to fix our furnace the day after Thanksgiving when no one else could come till the next day. He was quick and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and he was out the door. We will be keeping his phone number for all future hvac work.

I called more than ten HVAC companies late Sunday afternoon when Aksarben HVAC didn’t show for the appt we had set up earlier that morning. Jesse Henson, Sr. was one of only two who could come out. He arrived at 8pm and let me watch as he explained his diagnostic process. When he found out what was tripping the furnace, he tested his repair and waited around to confirm there was nothing else causing issues, re-examined everything, pointed out what might need future attention.

His rate was exceptionally reasonable, about $400 less than the other emergency rate I had been quoted.

I would heartily recommend him to anyone and everyone.

They have no problem answering questions or giving advice to make your HVAC system better. They have creative problem solving when dealing with issues. Which we really really appreciate. My furnace went out in the middle of the night. That morning, I began calling around to see if someone would be able to come take a look at it. Jesse and Al responded promptly and were able to come out day of. As a new homeowner, I was very impressed with their patience and how they took the time to explain everything to me. Our furnace blower stopped working at a bad time, much colder weather was coming. I called the house HVAC names in Omaha only to be put on a waiting list that was 2 or more days out. I called Omaha Hvac Company, Jessie came out the same day. It was determined my blower motor needed replacement. Jessie suggested putting an expensive blower motor in a 20yr. old system may not be the best spend of my money. Jessie quoted me a new furnace that he could install the next morning. I appreciated the honesty, as I agreed with him this was the first of future problems we would have. Jessie and his team arrived the next morning and completed a professional installation. Omaha Hvac went above and beyond to ensure we had heat in our home. Give Jessie a chance, you won't be disappointed, there is something about the owner turning the wrenches that give me comfort. Excellent service, I will be customer for life.

I have used a few others over the years. I can officially say that Wichita Heating and Cooling will be my only call for any Heating and AC needs moving forward. They are upfront, set the right expectations, and most importantly they do the job right the first time. They don't play the nickel and dime salesmen upsell game like we see now from others in the industry. I have referred them a few times to friends and co workers. All have had great experiences. I should have checked my a/c system earlier this spring but I just took it for granted it would be fine. I was wrong and the house was soon as humid as the lied jungle even with fans. Everyone that we dealt with treated us like a good neighbor you know you can trust. They squeezed us in and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I appreciate the extra they did to make my house comfortable again. Thanks again everyone.

We have used Wichita a handful of times now for furnace and AC maintenance and they are always prompt, professional, and reasonable. Most recently we had Ramon come and service our furnace, and he was very friendly and helpful.

Murphy's law man. THE MORNING I leave the country my relatively new AC stopped working.. Kids, pets, and grandma left to swelter in the God-awful heat. Called the company number on the unit.. they can get to it Monday.. It's Thursday.. Grandma, kids, and our various critters would NOT have been happy. I called up Wichita and they said they could get to it the next day. They showed up EARLY Thursday afternoon and, thankfully, it was a quick fix.. THANK YOU, Chris, and the Wichita team for the quick response getting things cooled down again!

AC was not operating properly. A rep from Wichita Heating and Air "diagnosed the problem" by charging the unit with freon. He went on to said I needed to order a $1,300 part to complete the repair. I have basic knowledge of HVAC systems and what this Wichita HVAC employee was saying did not make sense to me. I called a different, more reputable company (Fred's Heating and Air) for a second opinion. That rep said there was literally NOTHING wrong with the unit. After I cooled off (no pun intended) from learning I was almost fleeced out of more than $1,300. I spoke with the owner. I remained calm, however the owner (I can't remember his name, but he has a very high pitched voice) began screaming at me because they had ordered this part and basically demanded that I move forward with the installation. He continued to try to charge me for this part. Folks, I cannot make this up. My recommendation? Go with a more trustworthy company with a more honest and professional owner.

*Update*
As the saying goes "time will tell." I just wanted to provide an update now that we're coming up on 5 YEARS since this incident occurred. My system has been up and running perfectly, without the $1,300 part the owner demanded I purchase. You would think after close to 5 years, I would let it go, but I'll never forget the way that guy tried to intimidate me like some kind of wanna be HVAC mobster lol. I'm a big believer in transparency and honesty. I just wish the owner of this company was too.

They did a great job three years ago on heating and cooling install. Three years later, we had a blown capacitor on our AC unit and they came out very quickly on a Saturday and fixed it in one trip. Labor and parts covered under warranty with no hassle.

Michael came to our house to repair our AC. He also cleaned the furnace. He was so polite and efficient. We truly appreciated his advice and service. He was also so respectful as to wear a mask for safety. We will definitely recommend Wichita Heating and Cooling and to request Michael to all of our family and friends. Thank you so much!

We just had our new HVAC put in. Very reasonable price. They didn't try to upsell me. They laid out my different options and let me decide. The install crew was great. They stopped what they were doing to shake my hand and introduce themselves when I stopped home from work. They were all very knowledgeable and walked through the system with me when done. They cleaned up very well after the job too. Very happy with my experience overall. Definitely recommend.
