I would highly recommend Paradise Heating & Cooling. I came home on a Holiday weekend, with only to find my air conditioner not working. Luckily the temperatures outside were on my side, to have the time to research. I contacted 6 agencies prior to Paradise Heating & Cooling, having hesitancy with all difference in quotes and prices. Which some of the 6 quotes were over the phone without seeing the unit? The differences between the companies included unit size, brand, and instillation time. I inquired about concerning issues with multiple companies that did not seem accurate to me. This allowed me time to contact friends, to find a reputable company, which led me to Paradise Heating & cooling. They were able to answer my questions, and put the appropriate unit in. They took the time to explain my options, with professionalism and quality of the instillation was impeccable. Going up and beyond assisting me with issues that potentiallly could have injured myself and my children.
In addition, when the weather changed in the fall and it was time to turn the heat on. I was unable to start the furnace up with inside temperatures of 58 degrees at 11:00 am. I contacted Paradise Heating & Cooling; the owners contacted me while they were on vacation. They took the time to walk me through instructions thus allowing me to start my unit. What other company would do this….?

I’m waiting on a home warranty repair (through a different company, unfortunately). Fred took my call on a Sunday and answered some questions in the meantime while I’m waiting on the other company. Thank you!

Paradise really knows how to take care of a customer! On my first call the extremely knowledgable Fred led me to a very simple fix, FOR FREE!!! Paradise has got a customer for life. Thanks to Fred offsite knowing all there is to know about HVAC, my family and I can sleep comfortable with some heat!

This past Sunday around 6:00 pm, my wife noticed that our house was a little warm. 30 minutes later, it was 82 degrees inside and climbing! We called Paradise and Fred was at our house by 6:45 and the A/C unit was working by 7:00! Fred was such a joy to work with and took the time to explain things. Paradise is a locally owned small business and it shows, he cares about his work and reputation for doing things the right way. Thank you Fred!

I called Paradise because I'm *done* with big companies that send incompetent employees who cut corners and try to upsell products you don't need. Paradise is family owned and experienced. They've been around a long time and, you could say, they've "seen it all." They do the work correctly -- and to specifications. These guys take pride in doing a better job than everyone else, and, believe me, it shows in the finished product. Quite honestly, I'm not used to seeing this type of pride. And they DON'T overcharge. In fact, I'm quite certain I paid less than the big companies charge. If you want one of those big companies, Paradise isn't for you. If you want the job done right the first time, call Paradise.

Fred does good quality work and always keeps you updated as the job is being completed. He put in a new AC, furnace and water heater to replace the low quality units that were put in when the house was built. We are able to keep the AC up higher and feel more comfortable in the summer. Our furnace is no longer extremely loud when running.

HOLY ... stop looking at other reviews. Fred & Robyn are the best people. Knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy. HVAC isn't cheap, but once you hear what Fred has to say about your system, then see the work they do, you'll understand why and know it's worth absolutely every penny. The best. The absolute best.

Fred and his team are 1st class. I called in on Fathers Day hoping to get on the schedule for the following week. To my surprise, Fred was at the house within 2 hours and pronounced my system dead. It had been repaired and serviced over 20 years and I knew it wouldn't last much longer. He got the system going and pledged we wouldn't be out of cooling if we could be patient while he ordered a new system.

Our new system is in and we love the new programmable features of the thermostat. Having been a contractor for over 25 years, I felt comfortable with Fred and sought no other bids
