I was in desperate need of repairs and was told by a few others that parts were not available. I called Sandhills, they took the time to actually research my needs and was able to locate a part and have me up and running in less than a week! Highly recommend you giving them a call FIRST!

Service was excellent. The electrician, Manny, arrived earlier than anticipated & informed us with a phone call prior to arrival (definitely not common among other services). The problem was easily remedied and Manny spent extra time to provide us with additional information about our system and potential, optional follow-on work. A very pleasant experience all the way around. Thank you.

All my life I have done my own home maintenance repairs including installing my own furnace and central air. Because of my age I can no longer do large jobs.It just kills me to have to hire someone. After calling around and having several sales people stop by; NONE of them got back in touch with me. My neighbor suggested I call SANDHILLS. Jerry(the owner) stopped by and we talked about installation and prices.They install Bryant brands;which I think is the best! They did a FANTASTIC job;just the way I wanted it done.THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

I can not begin to tell you how happy I am with the service they provided. They fit me in the day of my call. Charged a fair rate for my service call. Got the work done in lighting fast time and were exceptionally professional. I will never use another HVAC company again and I will reccomend them to everyone I know. Sandhills saved me over $8,000 dollars! We took bids from 2 companies before calling Sandhills. Each of those companies told us we needed to replace our furnace and air conditioner. Sandhills came in and examined our heating and air from top to bottom, identified one broken part, replaced it on the spot, and had us up and running the same day for a fraction of what those other companies wanted to charge us. I will be a loyal Sandhills customer for life!!!

WOW! Sandhills Heating & Cooling got a tech to our house within an hour of my call. Nick was super professional, fixed the furnace, and explained everything that he did. He didn't mind that I stuck around to watch...I had some questions about some unrelated furnace issues and he explained above and beyond what I expected. If the furnace goes on the fritz again, we'll definitely be calling this company. GREAT JOB!

Jerry and Tony at Sandhills were amazing to work with. They spent multiple hours with us in the planning phase to make sure that our new system was as efficient as possible while staying within our budget. What I liked about this initial contact was that we were speaking directly with the person who was going to install the equipment and not a sales person - questions were answered on the spot.

When it came to installation, Jerry was virtually invisible as he carefully integrated the system into our 108 year old house (that did not have existing duct work).

After our first typically hot Nebraska summer the system was easily up to the task and at $100/mth to cool a 2000 Sq. Ft. house we're very pleased with the equipment that Sandhills recommended.

Sandhills Heating & Cooling was professional, on-time, and reasonably priced. They showed their expertise as they explained some unique features of my heating system when I bought my home. We will be inviting them back.

I was very impressed with Sandhills Heating and Cooling. I had called another company and left 2 messages but hadn't heard back so I looked on NextDoor for another recommendation and found Sandhills. I called and spoke to a person who asked questions and took down my information. She said I might not hear from anyone until the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called back within an hour and a half by Cooper who said he would be at my house in a few minutes. He had my air conditioning working within an hour. We have used Sandhills HVAC for about 10 years now. They are wonderful. They have had the same staff the entire time we have worked with them, which says a lot. We have had them repair our old furnace and AC, and finally install new ones for us. Now we have Nick out every year to perform our annual maintenance. Jerry, Nick and Toni are all awesome!

Nick, the tech who came to bail us out is a very well adjusted, confident professional. He was here in the time slot agreed upon, fixed the issue and we are happy with the price.

My husband and I were having thermostat issues. We had a different company come out for diagnostics he stated we needed a new $19,000 HVAC system.

This was a major shock after what we thought was a just thermostat issue. My family had referred me to SandHills. To say I’m pleased with my experience with this company is an understatement.

Nick had come to our home on a Sunday evening and informed us from his experience what we were told was not the issue. He solved our thermostat issue in less than 30 minutes. He then loaned us a thermostat to use until we decided which one we wanted to have installed.

We have now had a thermostat and humidistat installed. Our system is working fantastic!
