We have had many services from John Henry's, backed up sink, air conditioning check, new heat pump put in, plumbing & wiring for underground sprinkler. They have all done a great job. Joshua's ability to match the ceiling design patching holes from all the work was amazing

John my tech was great! Super through and went above and beyond to find the problem and come up with a solution and was extremely knowledgeable. Scheduling could be better at the office level.

Just had John Henry's come out and replace my electrical panel and add a 220 and outlet in my basement. Just used John Henry's again, this time to replace our furnace and AC. Just like the first time I needed them, they came out quickly, gave me a great quote, installed and replaced my old equipment. Will continue to use and refer people to John Henry's.

Matt did a fantastic job. I was in town for a few days and needed a couple of valves replaced on my property. I was unable to find the shutoff at the street. Matt arrived, gave me a fair quote for the work, called MUD, located the shutoff, dug it out, replaced the valved and even made the inside meter set up better than the original. So pleased with the work! Thank you!

Brady arrived at the time he said he would. Tracking app was great! Upon examination of the problem he explained what he intended to do and then did it. Up front pricing was good. Came and was finished in less than 30 minutes. Job well done with a promise to return if the problem was not fixed! Great service John Henry’s plumbing!

This is my Second time using John Henry’s! They are always polite, clean, and quick! I got a quote from a competitor and from John Henry’s and John Henry’s was able to give me a quote that was about a third of the price of the competitors quote!

They arrived earlier than they promised ( let us know an hour before) The device tech Michael was excellent, very thorough with what was wrong and our options. He replaced the water softner quickly & efficiently. We are extremely happy with their service we received.

Our whole upstairs bathroom was having plumbing issues so we gave John Henry’s a call to have someone come out and look. Upon arrival Lee was very friendly and was great at listening to the different concerns that I had.

It turns out we needed our water lines replaced along with the sewer stack. Lee & team were able to get the job done quickly without having to wait weeks on the schedule. John Henry came through for us when we were in a tight situation.
We tried to install a new dishwasher in our very old and neglected house that we recently aquired but there was a problem with the wiring and plumbing. It appeared that the original dishwasher that was about 30 to 40 years old and was a DIY project and the wiring and plumbing weren't really up to code.
There was a minor miscomunication on what I needed but they still had a plumber (John) and electrician (Manny) there all within the 48 hr time frame that I had aand even tried to get someone here the same day I called.
John did a stellar job in running a proper water line and Manny was just as awesome. (the look on his face when he saw that the ground from the old DW was just wrapped around a water pipe was precious). But both of them put everything up to code.
Only down side was that they could have done a little bit better job of updating on progress of the arrival of the plumber when we were told that he could come a day earlier than scheduled but ended up that he could not make it as early as expected due to being tied up at his previous job.
But no biggie because since same day would just have been a bonus but he still arrived at the originally scheduled time and all was good.

We could not have asked for a better experience! First time in Nebraska helping a family member move into their first house. The water pressure was extremely high and needed a PRV & Expansion Tank installed. Called three recommended plumbers, one required a fee for an estimate, the other didn't follow up. Debra from John Henry's called me right away, waived the trip charge since we had never used them before. Same day, Lucas came out to provide the estimate and provided info on local codes that helped. Work was scheduled and completed the next day by Paul. I received a text with his picture and location status to see when he would arrive. Paul was extremely nice and took the time to explain what was going to be done. I even apologized for asking so many questions and he didn't miss a beat to say it was not a problem :) Paul took pride in his work and was clean and organized. He found a cracked dishwasher drainpipe that had been painted over by the previous owner and replaced it at no extra charge. I would feel very comfortable calling John Henry's in the future even from out of state to work on this property.

The electrician that came out was friendly and professional. I had no problem with the service.
What i did have a problem with, and I blame myself for not inquiring in the beginning, is the call out fee.
Most companies have a common practice of waiving that fee if you decide that you want them to do the work.
John Henry's did NOT waive that fee and added it to the total at the end.
Although they did great work, I personally, will never use this company again in the future.

Kameron Spickert was our tech on today's call to explain a few items on our HVAC system before we need to use the furnace in cold weather. He was very professional and listened attentively to our concerns and questions. We are senior citizens and he was very patient and addressed all our concerns. We were very impressed with his knowledge and customer care skills. We would highly recommend John Henry to friends and family.

Staff were very nice, from calling to set up an appointment to job complete. Manney and Garret were very professional, answered all my questions and I had a lot, and the price I was charged was 1/2 if what other companies came up with. I would highly recommend John Henry’s to anyone needing electrical done. Thanks for a great job well done
