Burton's tune-up is thorough and for a great price. We had Frank and Dylan perform our HVAC and furnace maintenance. Frank is awesome and explained everything in detail and I never felt like he was trying to up sell us. Dylan did a great job supervising all the work being done. I would recommend Burton!

John was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I really felt like he was looking out for our/our homes best interest. He was very thorough with his assessment and took his time explaining answers to all of my questions. Austin was equally helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Very pleased with my Burton interaction so far and they have most definitely earned my business at this time.

Very quick response, Mike Svac was very timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Had a new water heater installed and running in 45 minutes. Also shared general information on keeping faucets clean from calcium due to the hard water in the area. Great experience, 100% recommend.

Unbelievable service and Mike didnt even come to my house! Our furnace was leaking water like crazy. We have a small baby and needed it fixed ASAP as no AC wasn't am option. Of course, so did the rest of Omaha. I called 19 people who couldn't get me in today. Mike was the 20th. He couldn't get me in either but unlike EVERYBODY else, gave me a solution to my problem. I followed Mike's easy instructions and fixed it myself. This says A LOT about the ethics of how Mike runs his business. Needless to say you will always be #1 on my list to call going forward! Thank you!

Mike was simply amazing! I'm a single mom, and my furnace stopped working. I was so scared I was going to get nickel and dimed to fix it. That did not happen. Mike showed up a few hours after I called him. All I needed was a new igniter and switch. It only cost $230. He was unbelievably fair. He just got a customer for life!

Mike was the ONLY air conditioner technician who could show up the next morning when my air conditioner broke overnight during the hottest week of the summer in Omaha. Extremely professional, affordable, and timely service. I cannot thank him enough for repair my old A/C unit.

Mike came out on short notice to fix my broken furnace--in a rain/ice storm, no less. He was competent, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend his services to anyone needing furnace repairs.

Our ac went out and they were able to come the same day and the next day to fix it. The technician, Lane, was super nice and went above and beyond. We had to have a plumber come and move our water heater and the plumber didn’t put one of the tubes up correctly and didn’t allow our door to open all the way. Lane went ahead and spent 5 minutes to fix it for us. If you need anyone reach out to them! ◡̈

It was the best experience working with Midlands Maintenance! They answered quickly and answered all of my questions. They were friendly, courteous, and on time (they even were able to give a more specific time as opposed to a 5 hour window!). They didnt try to offer me a million other things to my unit but fixed it fast and got it up and running again. Price was completely reasonable too. I am definitely storing their number in my phone for in the future!

Mike came out within two hours of my call to fix my AC. He was fast, kind, and affordable. Definitely saved my horrible day and made my house more comfortable for me and my animals. Highly recommend.

Mike was in vacay when I called and answered the phone. He was back the next day at at my house at 9a. In 30 seconds knew the fan motor was out and by 5p was installing the new AC. Great service, professionalism and reasonably priced. Will definitely call when I replace my furnace.

Mike and his team installed two new AC units and two new furnaces for us in the spring of 2024. They did a fantastic job! Couldn't recommend them more.

2020 I had mike come install a new furnace and ac unit. Got me taken care of fast and very reasonably priced. Last month unit was having issues. Did what trouble shooting I could before calling them. Came next day after issues continued and found the issue and replaced the board and had me up and running asap. I recommend them to anyone I know in need!

We had a large Omaha company come out and give us a quote for a new furnace and AC. They said they were the best price and no one could do better. Well not only did Mike give us a quote for a few thousand less, he also got us a much more efficient unit. They even came out the next day to install and got it done all in the same day on a Sunday. They cleaned up after themselves and even disposed of the old unit for us. Fantastic customer service, fantastic set up and these guys know their stuff. I'd recommend them over and over.

Mike gave me a prompt quote for a new furnace and was able to turnaround and install with short notice. A couple days later he came back out for some finishing touches. 2 months later and my house is nice and warm thanks to Mike. Quality work and honest guy.

Mike got out to us in just an hour to fix our friend's AC unit. We were sitting their cat for them while they were on vacation, and the house was more than 90 degrees! He fixed a bad capacitor for a very reasonable price, was super friendly and just very honest and down to earth. Would use him again in a heartbeat. Great service.
