Jerry seemed nice, but he kept pushing coming out (to offer an estimate) back each week, and wasn't able to provide us with a specific date/time for an appointment. He finally said he was coming out today (which I called and "scheduled" several days ago), and then just texted to again say: maybe NEXT week. Seems to be a company that plays it "by ear" and sets the schedule of the day each morning - which might be fine if he's not too busy, but after 3 weeks of being told to call back NEXT week we finally had to just go with someone else.

My AC unit finally needed replaced and used Atlas to do it. Jerry and Mary are wonderful and would recommend to anyone. Very personable and an awesome duo!

I cannot stress enough the difference in customer satisfaction when you know who you are dealing with anytime you have an issue or service call. Just consider all the advertising expenses and shiny new vehicles the larger HVAC companies pay for in order to blast their name out there - that cost is passed on to you as the customer either in extra fees or up-sells. In my experience, the service you get with small or independent operators is much more personal, and more reliable when you need them most, and my experience with Jerry has been no different. I'm happy to have found him, and will not hesitate to recommend Atlas to anyone.

Jerry installed both the furnaces in our home 7 years ago. Had him out for a service call on one that wasn't heating properly. Turned out to be a simple fix and Jerry didn't charge for the visit! Atlas is the place to call with any HVAC service or install need.

I just had my air conditioner replaced by Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling. I was very impressed by the installation. The technicians Anzio and Michael did a wonderful job. They were polite and worked very hard to get my job completed. They were respectful of my home and protected my floors and cleaned up after they finished the install. Compared to other service companies I have had, these two were very professional, hard working, and did a great job. I would highly recommend their service.
