I called Complete Comfort for a second opinion after I was told by another company in town that I needed a new furnace and air-conditioner and was quoted $13,500. Jake was the technician that came and immediately found the reason my furnace didn't work...the gas valve switch was off. He was extremely helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated his honesty and saving me from replacing my units prematurely! I decided to buy their annual maintenance plan, and I've definitely found the company I will using going forward. Thankyou!!

We had quite an interesting setup with our existing HVAC system. the team at Complete Comfort was amazing in resolving the issues that came up while replacing our system with Geothermal heating and cooling. They were very responsive, priced fairly, and I would highly recommend.

Furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days this winter. DJ was here in less than an hour and completed repair quickly. Thank you!

I rent, and the company sent us Complete Comfort. Kim communicated with us promptly and responded to our questions quite timely. Tanner came out this afternoon and quickly assessed the issue with water draining and flooding in our furnace room from our furnace due to a/c. He promptly fixed the issue, then helped clear the standing water. Finally he cleaned off our external central air unit to improve efficiency. He was professional and friendly and was willing to extend himself to ensure our furnace room was cleared of the flooding. I would recommend this company for your vacation needs.

Tony was on time and provided great yearly service to make sure our unit iwas working properly. He answered our thermostat questions and very courteous. Great company… highly recommend!

As always, complete comfort did a very good job. They were there in short notice when they said they would be, clean, courteous, and professional. This was the first time Tanner had been at our home and he did a fantastic job. Highly recommend complete comfort.

I have been without AC for a week now. I filed a claim through my home warranty company for them to send technicians out from another company that couldn't get to me until Tuesday. That appointment need a follow up appoitnment for Thursday and then that appointment needed a follow up appointment for the following week.

I got fed up and started calling other places. Kim picks up the phone for Complete Comfort. She was incredibly kind and caring and wanted to solve my issue asap and so she sent Mark out within an hour and a half to assist us with our situation. Mark immediately gave me an estimate, signed papers and is now in the process of sending a team with my new unit! Mark was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and resourceful. This whole team has been a delight to work with. I strongly recommend this kind of customer experience for your Comfort needs!

Our furnace blower went out today. So the AC was going but no air was coming out. We have called several businesses, and no one could come. Finally, we called Complete Comfort and they were able to send some within 30 minutes. That someone was Chad. He is an exceptional person. While he was working, he explained everything in detail. Replaced the motor, cleaned the AC and gave us some good advice. Chad is our guy from now on. Thanks

Our AC unit went out over the weekend and it's supposed to be very hot today. We called first thing on a Sunday morning and within the hour a rep came out for service. Rep Chad Riley did it a quick and great job l. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Service price was also very reasonable for a weekend. Highly recommend!

Responded quickly, showed up early. Found and fixed the problem as well as another issue Tanner found. Just charged me the visit price. Tanner was great!

I appreciate the professionalism this company offers. There service personnel including my most recent (Tony) are exceptional.
What concerns me is the cost. A service call, seems to be one that requires a repair which would require parts and taxes on those parts. A contract call, as I understand it is one that is only an inspection to insure the unit is running properly. Both require a service individual , but the less expensive call is one that requires the service person to make a repair using parts. The more expensive call only requires a service to ensure the unit is running properly. That is how I understand it, but I also believe the work performed by a service person is not taxable.

The owners of my building chose Complete Comfort Omaha out of THREE different HVAC companies that showed up to do a careful estimate. Clearly they must have offered the best package for the money. My entire unit had to be replaced, and Complete Comfort had to rent a crane to have it removed from my building's roof! They had an entire crew working both, inside my unit and on the roof for several hours doing the large installation, and then toward the end, the fine tuning and testing. All of the young men were incredibly polite, knowledgeable, genuinely enthusiastic to please, and of course, professional. Most important of all, I have a new, state-of-the-art thermostat, and I truly believe that my place is cooling and heating with greater efficiency. I want to especially thank Anzio, Kayle and Hugie ... Okay, seriously, the only nutty thing about these guys are their names.

Jake came out today to service our systems. He went above and beyond to make sure everything is in great working order. Awesome tech. Great company. We have three separate units in our home.

Very professional. The team of 3 guys (Zack, Michael, and Logan) came out and installed a new Bryant Evaluation system in my house.(Top of the line system) They did the whole install in one day and was very helpful with showing me how to use the system. The guys that installed the system were very respectful and took the extra precautions to protect the furniture and carpet when installing.Would recommend them to all friends and family.

I was having issues with my furnace the other day, so I searched online for A/C and heating repair services. I always check reviews before calling anyone, and Complete Comfort had some of the best ones around. Based on that, I decided to give them a try — and I’m really glad I did!

They were able to come out the very next day, and the techs called me when they were on their way. Chad and Michael did a great job — they quickly found the problem, located the parts, and even discovered that the repair was still covered under warranty. They really went above and beyond to get my furnace working again.

We had a new geothermal system installed. The Controlled Comfort team was amazing. I could not be more pleased with the installation quality, knowledge of the installers, or the friendliness of the crew. I would definitely recommend Controlled Comfort and will be using them in the future.
