I have called Mike numerous times. Him and his team are by far the most responsive, quick, professional people I have ever worked with. I trust them explicitly and recommend this company to any and all I can. The price is always MORE than fair. He always answers his phone and he always has someone out so quickly. My problem has always been fixed same day as well. I literally couldn't ask for more. 10/10 the world needs more Mike's!!!

Mike and his team have been working with our real estate and property management company for years. We have a wide range of repairs that anre needed anbd they always go above and beyond to serve them! It is appreciated and we highly recommend them.

My furnace went out yesterday and I texted Mike not expecting a response. He called me and I had them come out this morning and they got it running for almost nothing. I've had some horrible experiences having HVAC people come out. This was the best experience I've ever had. It was quick into the point and got it running and I am so grateful to them. Thanks Mike!

Approximately eight years ago, my AC unit was damaged during a hailstorm. At the time, the inspector stated the damage could simply be combed out. Wanting a second opinion, I reached out to Midlands Heating and Air, and they were able to prove that the unit had sustained damage beyond what was originally claimed.

Prior to the AC issue, they had already been to my home several times due to my furnace going out. Thanks to their honesty and expertise, I was able to replace both my AC unit and my furnace, as it was not recommended to install a new AC while relying on a furnace that was over 20 years old.

Because of their guidance and quality work, my home now stays comfortable year-round—both in the winter and the summer.

I really appreciate how they handled my annual HVAC service this morning. On time and the price was exactly what they quoted me over the phone. No hidden fees or weird upsells which I really value in a local Omaha company.

I truly appreciate the response time, the thoroughness of his guys, their exemplary knowledge level, their efficient assessment of the issue and the fair price. This small independently owned HVAC company grossly outperforms the big guys. He’s my go to going forward.

Top notch owner and service. I’ve been using Midlands H&A for the last 6-7 years for service & maintenance, replacements, mini-splits, ductwork etc. They’ve done it all and treats me and my tenants with respect, gives multiple options for repair/replacement and doesn’t try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Highly recommend for any of your HVAC needs.

Woke up to my furnace not working when it was -20° windchill outside. Call them up And they were able to get me in their schedule right away. They diagnosed the issue very quickly and was able to get my heat back on With no issue. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, motivated, and willing to Make sure the issue was resolved properly. Definitely would recommend them.
