Hired this company last year to seed, aerate, and monthly fertilize my lawn. They start off as being “punctual” but this quickly fades.I continuously had to text them asking when they were coming out to fertilize my lawn and treat for weeds. My grass was 7 shades of green, despite their service. Fortunately, I went with another lawn service this year. What a difference. Not only is my lawn healthier, grows thicker, weeds are gone, I have only one shade of grass, the new lawn service is cheaper! If you want healthy, thick growing lawn without breaking the bank, don’t go with this company.

Mike and Casey just left, and my yard is beautiful after their spring clean-up! Weather did not cooperate, too wet so delays, but end result was so worth it. Grass was a foot high, branches and twigs everywhere. They moved furniture and a pile of fallen limbs, and even trimmed. Plus they are friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

The team at Nebraska Pro Turf & Pro Pest Solutions has been great to work with so far. I was with my last lawn care provider for almost 30 years, so I was a little out of practice with shopping for these services. I got a Valpak flyer in the mail along with several of their competitors. They were speedy with fielding my inquiry, communicating back to me and competitive with their price.

He was out spraying when I notice him out doing it.
After I was watching him he seemed to be doing a good job.
I believe that Caleb (whoever comes out to treat the property) should know what all belongs to the homeowner.
I don't believe he knew what all was my property, that is why I made the comment before this paragraph.

Pro Turf & Pro Pest Solutions were quick to respond and send a tech, Brandon out the same day to assess our home. He came up with a plan and was able to come back the very next day to get everything set up for us. We are very happy with the professionalism and speed of Brandon and Pro Turf & Pro Pest Solutions.

All of the technicians are great. They call ahead to verify they are coming then follow up promptly with a report of the work performed. They also provide useful lawn care recommendations that even someone like me, who can kill plants just by being in the same room with them, can understand and follow.

The bottom line: My lawn looked terrible when I was in charge and it looks great now thanks to Pro Turf.

The techs Pro Turf use are friendly and professional. I spoke with someone in the office initially when I signed up and she was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with.

Thanks to Mr. Russell M. for his past service to my lawn. I was unable to answer the doorbell when he arrived but noted via my Google Nest that he was performing his job as scheduled. He was finished by the time I was available to speak with him but I appreciate his attempt to engage with me prior to starting his work and his attention to the task at hand. He has attended to my lawn on the past and the quality of the work by Pro Turf and Pro Pest employees are commendable. I would certainly refer them to prospective customers.

Called them out to do fertilization on my yard for the first time. They signed me up for extra stuff I didn't agree to. Then send a crazy bill saying this is what you agreed to. But you call to discuss your concerns with them and they keep telling me they will have someone call you back. But no one ever calls back; if they call back, it's to sell you more stuff. Very bad customer service. I'm done with them! Looking for another company.

My technician Chad was great! I wasn't home for this application to my lawn. He left a sign in my yard so I knew he had been and the information of what was completed. I'm very happy with my service and with what I was promised. I recommend this company, you're not just a number.
