Went in this last weekend to get some seed and fertilizer and was so thrilled with the service I received. Dave helped me find what I was looking for and was so friendly. Prices are very reasonable!

Very knowledgable about every aspect of starting, repairing, and maintaining your lawn and garden. As first time homeowners, this is a one stop shop for us and doesn't break our bank. Helpful and attentive staff to load our car up every time.

Incredibly helpful. I used Loveland based upon my neighbor's recommendation and cancelled my lawn service. I'm only spending about 25% of what I paid the service and my lawn looks much better and has only taken a few additional hours of my time. I've replied on the knowledge and experience of those at Loveland.

Not a lot of plant inventory (at least this time of the year - late September), but what they have is in great shape and priced right. Give them a call before you go. They definitely don't stock as many plants/varieties as some of the larger nurseries.

Always great help and great prices. If are not sure if they care it, call first. I don't understand giving them one star because they are out of something. They give great advise if you ask. Most all the time I walk up and someone will ask me if I need any help. As for flowers or sod, they go threw it like candy and if your a regular customer you would know that. CALL FIRST, rather than get there and there out and you get upset and score them one star, really? Grow up.

My grass is most likely better than yours! I placed sod a month ago and I can honestly say my yard has NEVER looked better. Jason from beginning to end was amazing to work with. I asked for information and within 2 weeks I had sod, soil conditioner, and fertilizer delivered! I'm silently judging the neighborhood lawns and they need some GRASS PAD in their lives. If you're looking for anything landscape related look this company up!

Grass Pad is my "go to" place for anything related to lawn and garden. Their products are superior and well priced. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. You also don't have to mess with the long lines and limited knowledge at the big box stores.

I'd recommend this place to anyone. The whole staffs very knowledgeable helpful and very kind. I always feel welcomed as well as the customers around it's a great feeling. Shout out to Kathy and Ben amazing customer service. They usually exceed my expectations.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Judy, who seemed quite busy, dropped what she was doing to help this novice planter/gardener pick out flowers and plants that fit my sun/shade needs, and even went above and beyond to teach me how they like to be taken care of. Another fellow helped my husband identify a weed growing in the yard and how to get rid of it. There was a very large variety of plants that were well taken care of and seemed like a great price. Only downfall is the gravel you push your cart on, but like, what do you expect? It's outdoors! And I can tell they do their best to keep it packed down for ease. Will definitely return.

I bought two pounds of grass seed but wanted to return it for a grass seed that was more drought tolerant. The fellow at the grass seed counter suggested Heat Wave grass seed. So I returned the original purchase for the more drought tolerant grass seed. The employee at the grass seed counter said I did not owe anything and it was ok to walk out. So I did. I got in my car started it and this employee/owner knocked at my car window. I rolled it down and he said, did you pay for the grass seed?! I was horrified…. He accused me of stealing! I took the grass seed back today and will never step foot in that store again.

The staff at the Loveland Grass Pad location in Omaha are always helpful and friendly. If you ask a question, and the person you’re talking to doesn’t have the answer, they will quickly find someone else in the store who does know. I’ve had a couple interactions with the Store Manager, Jason, and he has been very interested in my questions and knows exactly what will work in my situation. I highly recommend the Loveland Grass Pad location for help with all lawn related questions and concerns.

I have been going to grass pad for over a year now I’m the owner of simply sod a sod install company I have never had a customer complain about the sod I get from them and they have always make me a priority and answered all the questions I have !! Would definitely recommend to them !

We bought some sod, ornamental grass and a tree which are all looking great after install. The selection was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I recommend ignoring the few Negative Nellys who complain about lack of staff. Pretty much everywhere is short staffed but at least these guys clearly work hard and are super nice. Support our local businesses - this place is great!

First time stopping by and liked what I saw! Nice little place and friendly people!

Nice enough folks working there but not really idiot proof after all, no instructions provided for how to handle kids and pets post application, if you don't have a spreader that's on the list on the bag it's very unclear how much to use. Will continue to buy grass seed here probably but having to call every time I need to apply a step is the opposite of what I wanted.

Awesome place. The girl who worked with us was 100% into her job, you could tell and she knew her information. She managed to save us some money on things we did not need. She was extremely informative and helpful, and took in all questions we had. I believe her name was Jenna if i remember correctly 5/5

Great customer service as they are always trying to be helpful. Buyers be aware of the tree warranty! I bought 20 trees from them and had a few that did not make it within the year warranty. Problem is the warranty isn't a replace but rather 50% off the replacement tree or maybe it was 50% off your original purchase price. It wasn't real clear on how it was explained. Many, if not all, of the competitors in this industry offer replacement with a receipt with no hassles.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE.

Last fall I was looking at bushes, deciding what we would get in the spring to plant before my daughter’s graduation this year. A sales
person asked if I wanted them while I was looking and I said no and that I thought it was too late in the year to plant them. We talked for over an hour and even brought my wife in to the conversation because she too was nervous. He assured me it wasn’t too late and they would do fine through the winter.

90 percent of them did not make it.

I called about 20 times this spring and left messages to call me to discuss, but no one could be bothered to return a phone call.

Today we drove to the store and talked the guy that sold me the bushes.

He claimed to not remember the hour long discussion along with the hour of helping me load stuff over about 5 separate trips back and forth to my house. He proceeds to tell me that if I bought a bulk amount of plants he would have discounted them. And that because he discounted them they don’t have any warranty.

I don’t buy anything without a warranty. Anyone who’s knows me or has ever tried to sell me knows this is true. I am an old man like that.

So now I have about forty big dead bushes to replace and am out about $4000.

This place is shady. If you aren’t a contractor, stay away from them

If there's a better landscape business in Omaha I haven't found it. The MGR , Jason is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. For everything yard Grass Pad is the spot!!!!

Several times I have gone to the grass pad and workers are rude, don’t have what they tell me on the phone either, I stopped driving across town and use nebraskaa turf, maybe better results with nebraskaa tuft and 1/2 the price of the grass pad and workers so much nicer than the grass pad. Sorry grass pad won’t be returning ever again you screwed me over one to many times
