Terrible customer service. We went from having the best lawn in the neighborhood to the worst. They didn't come out and apply grub control at the right time.........I had to call them and tell them to come out as the timeframe was running out for applying it. I told them if I got grubs, they were going to treat them at no charge. And guess what, we have grubs. Wasn't happy with them last year, but decided to give them another chance. Never again. I could go on and on but there is not enough room!

I got recommended this company by my neighbor. They helped my grass grow and killed the hundreds of weeds that sprout up every year. They always send someone polite who does the work quick and efficient.

Devon was here to do problem spot and over seed. I told him we were scheduled for whole yard to be over seeded and aerated. He check and told them he was on site and could do both. Then he talked to us to make sure we understood next steps. Very helpful

Before arriving Ryan called and asked if I had any concerns. He listened to what I had to say. On arrival he met up with me, walked my yard with me, and addressed my concerns. When he was done, he came and found me in the backyard to tell me he was done. Best service I've received since I started your services.

Pro Turf is professional. They always come to the door prior to service and ensure concerns are heard and taken care of. They always notify a couple of days prior to service so you have time to prepare if needed. Been using them for years!

Russell was not only efficient at his job, he was kind and personable. Because he was treating the inside of the house, he took the time to greet my small dog. He took off his gloves and sunglasses because he knew those might be scary to him. He was conversational but not too much. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience having him as a guest in my home.

I had purchased sod for replacement mid day. Upon install, I found did web worm. I called the next day at 8 a.m. and was told it was not returnable.upon furtht discussion I stated by the time I got to placement of the sod to call, there business was closed. A person said it was treated but the web worms were alive and active. I was not allowed to speak to a manager. I knew Joe, the owner. He has since last and would not do business this way. The basis for the story is beware of purchases here cause their reputation of quality past when Joe past......very disappointing.

Freinds went to you guys and got great service and results on grass we went there and got a three bag deal and wow one week later we have grass growing up fast. We would recommend the grass pad to everyone the staff was great I showed him what my yard looks like and he knew exactly what we needed. Thank you guys so much

I did my own lawn care for years, as I age I tried 3 or 4 different lawn care company's from big name to small 1 or 2 man business. A couple years ago I decided to go back to doing it my self. I drive by the grass pad everyday so I decided to give them a try. Every time I walk in with what is the next step, when to apply or up to technical questions they have the answer. I love coming here. Everything I need for my lawn is right here. I always get their lawn maintenance program. For me its a no brainer and it works very well. I also grab weed killer as well as other goodies to keep my lawn healthy. They always have a large assortment of supplies, seeds, plants, trees, yard décor and so on. The staff is very friendly and always are willing to answer questions and talk about keeping everything green and growing. If you got a challenge with your yards, plants, flowers, and trees... dont hesitate to ask for advice. Most likely they have a solution on site that can help. Definitely Recommended.

I bought two trees last fall, one is in full bloom and one is visibly dead. I called to double check on their guarantee and the lady on the phone told me that if it was dead to just bring in a photo because they have a 50% guarantee. I made the drive out there, got there and was told that I have to check the branches to make sure it’s dead. It’s upsetting that I wasn’t given this instruction over the phone when I called prior to making the long drive. The apologies given aren’t returning my time and fuel wasted. I don’t plan on returning even for the guarantee, I’d rather spend the other 50% I would’ve had to pay to replace it somewhere else where they’re considerate of their customers.

Absolutely the best place to buy plants and trees. Customer service is top notch, the trees/plants are all thriving and healthy! My go to place for sure!
