I have been using pro turf for 5 plus years and enjoy the service they provide. Ross was very friendly and took time to address my concerns. If I ever have any problems spots they are always happy to come back and take care of the problem weeds. The techs have always been knowledgeable and have time to talk to you when they come to your house. I am glad to do business with them.

Russell M. completed a service call and was amazing! He didn't treat us like just another job. He answered questions, was very informative, and gave suggestions on how to better our situation. Hands down, the best tech we have had the pleasure of meeting.

Russell does a great job, I never have termites or insects in my house and haven't for 10 years, now!

Caleb did a great job treating my lawn. Nebraska Pro Turf completes necessary treatments on schedule. They always communicate with me about what they have done and how I should follow up.
They are always courteous and respectful.
And their services are competitively priced.

My technician, Brandon, did an awesome job today. I also appreciated the way he blew the extra product back into my yard off the driveway and my patio. I'm looking forward to another great yard this year. Thank you once again.

I gave 4 instead of 5 only because this is the first time I’ve used Pro Turf so time will tell how well my lawn will look. Also I’m a little concerned that I had the aeration & seeding done in mid October. There is a frost warning in a couple of days & I hope this wasn’t done in vain. I’m praying that the weather will hold out until the seeds germinate & establish long roots to survive the cold. Again time will tell in the spring if it worked. It would have been nice to be alerted by Pro Turf that we are fairly late in the season to perform this service.
Ross the rep who performed the service was great. Very polite & friendly. I’m sure he has impressed many a client. I hope he is the one assigned to my lawn going forward.

Service started out ok, but as time went on lawn applications were being missed. I was told it was due to a change in their scheduling system? I wanted to give them a chance as mistakes happen. Last week I was informed they didn't have a lawn tech that day, but would reschedule the service asap. Called today to follow up regarding the round 3 application and was informed I'm not even on the schedule.. decided at that time to just cancel services and find a new lawn company. Honestly, feel my lawn doesn't even look that good considering I've been with Pro Turf for a few years.

This message came to me at 3pm and technician didn’t show up until 3:30 so how am I supposed to rate his work

Ryan was very professional. He walked me through the process then completed the project in a timely manner.

We had Russell come to our house for spraying for bugs inside and outside. He did a thorough job, knocked down some old beehives for us and I was very pleased with him. He was personable and easy to talk to.

Had went with other companies in the past for aeration. They did an excellent job, much more thorough than what I've had previous experience with.
