We recently had some plumbing issues that we hired Advantage Plumbing to come and fix. Long story short, they did a great job for us, and even though they ended up having to spend more time than they originally thought they would, they still charged us the (very reasonable) amount they had quoted before work began. They easily could've tried jacking up the price, but they didn't.

These folks are honest, and we'd be happy to hire them again. (BTW, I have no connection to Advantage other than being a one-time customer.)

Unlike Burton Plumbing and a couple of other companies I've had trouble with in the past, Advantage Plumbing is a good and honest company. I needed a hot water heater, and I looked at reviews of a lot of different companies, and this company seems to have the best reviews, so I gave them a call.
Right from the start, the owner was available to talk with me the sort out if my old hot water heater was still under warranty. It wasn't.
My situation wasn't simple since I needed an 80-gallon hot water heater, but they looked into it and found me one, and had it installed within a couple of days.
Very pleased.

We have come to depend on Advantage Plumbing. Our first experience was in 2017 when we needed a hot water heater replaced. We were so pleased with their knowledgeable and professional service; they have become our go-to plumbers. In our most recent request for service, we were fortunate again to have a problem with a low water pressure alarm on our dishwasher (caused by a blocked waterline), quickly assessed and corrected. The technician on this recent call, Steve, was very conscientious and professional -- as every technician has been over these past seven years. We certainly recommend Advantage Plumbing to anyone needing service for a home plumbing issue.

Called them at 730am and he replaced my shut off valve for my ice machine. You can trust these guys. Honest work for honest pay.

Our water pipe froze and burst. I tried to get a plumber and the earliest was 4 days later. I have a baby and my husband is out of the country for work. i feel hopeless and i didn’t know how survive without water especially with a baby. I was given up but i made a last phone call to Day Fay Plumbing OMG they understand my situation and just came right after i called and fixed same day! They definitely save my life. I really really appreciate it.

Horrible experience with him. He didn't do the job we hired him for, his communication is terrible, he never showed up when he said he would, and he left a natural gas line with an open end, he could have blown up our entire house, he has no clue what he is doing. Then to top it off, he kept our down payment of $4300.00 and refuses to refund us or finish the job. Do yourself a favor and do not hire him!

Woke up this afternoon to a stranger knocking at my door. He was trying to tell me he saw water bursting up like a geyser on the side of my house as he drove by. After I shut off my water from inside the house it stopped. But I did not know where to go next. After putting out some feelers via Angie's List I received a call from Dan Fay Plumbing. He was able to help me figure out where the problem was and where to turn it off elsewhere in the system so I could have running water in my home. He did this all over the phone! A tremendous weight was lifted from my shoulders thanks to his help. I will definitely be using this company in the future for my plumbing issues.

Once work is completed, Mr. Fay "Dan" does not return calls, text, and emails. All I want is my itemized receipt via email, but no further contact from Dan. Very dis-organized as he constantly goes back and forth to his vehicle for tools and parts. I let him use my tools so he could finish the job. Not very reliable once the job is completed. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

Fast service! They were able to clean out a clogged toilet drain quickly. They wore boot covers to protect my floors in the winter. Employees Mark & Matt did a great job! Great customer service.

Excellent service! We called around 8 pm on a Friday evening, and he was at our house at 10 am on Saturday. A couple hours later we had a new hot water heater. Would definitely recommend!

Very disappointing service from this small company. I never received an initial cost for my job of re-running two lines. After these lines were reversed and then poorly fixed, the wrong way, I asked for my invoice. Each day I call asking for it and when I speak with Dan, he thinks its unreasonable to have to provide proof of service through an invoice. Compares his company to others that "wait up to 30 days to provide invoice." Dan must think that people are chumps but don't be the next chump on Dan's list. Extremely unprofessional and I would recommend anyone to stay far away from this company.
