I called them today and I got the same day service! Adrian was very pleasant and friendly and did a fantastic job. He found a leak in my main shut off that I had not noticed. Good thing it has been a slow leak. He will order the part and contact me when it is in. Thank you Adrain.

Called Dan after hours to fix a water heater leak. Showed up promptly and had the issue diagnosed and fixed quickly.

Dan Fey plumbing came out the same day we called to replace our hot water heater. We called several people and did not get a return call. We are pleased with the service, the pricing and the politeness we received and recommend people to give them a call.

Just purchased a home and reached out to him to fix a faulty basement toilet before the area gets remodeled. It needs to be connected to the proper water outlet. He told me to send pictures to his phone and he never responded! I called him and he doesn’t answer! ‼️VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME‼️

Called him Friday afternoon when we realized our water heater went out and he came out on a Saturday morning. Was very clean and quick with the installation! Would definitely recommend.

Water heater went out at night. I called Dan at 8a the next day after 3 other plumbing companies in town said they were 1-2 weeks out. Dan showed up at 2p that same day and we had a new water heater up and running 45 mins later. I even cross referenced his pricing and couldn’t beat it! Highly recommend.

Great service. Came out the same day to replace my water heater. He also did a quick adjustment on some pipes the previous owners left hanging out of the ceiling while his team was finishing up the water heater. Good honest work. Thanks!

Dan did an excellent job of installing our new water heater. He came out to our home in 2 hours and had the water heater installed in about 1 hour.

Very nice guy, installed my water heater on a Saturday at normal weekday price. He was very polite and personable. I did originally set up the appointment for a pricing consult and he showed up and just rolled a water heater into my basement pre-pricing. (Kinda a guns blazing type of guy.) But the price was decent so I went ahead. He does offer referral rewards and he did fix a gas leak for free. I did have to ask repeatedly for my receipt but he did finally send it.

Very professional and courteous. Had a pair of old leaking washer faucets that need to be replace in order to use the washing machine. Came over on a Saturday and took about 30 minutes to complete. Quality workmanship and very reasonably priced.

The service tech that came out yesterday was very professional and fixed my issue quickly. I am not knowledgeable about plumbing and he took his time to explain everything to me so I could understand. I plan on calling them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Dan and his colleague did an amazing job installing my new gas water heater. His communication was exceptional before the appointment and his education for installation and maintenance for my appliance was easy to understand and helpful.
He understood my time constraints and worked blazingly fast (without flaw) in order to meet the deadline.

Dan and his crew have done three jobs for us now and will be starting a bathroom remodel soon.
They just finished replacing our sewer line from the house to the street. This is a very big job and happens in old neighborhoods with clay pipes and tree roots.
These are incredibly professional but very NICE people! They led us through the process step by step and finished the whole thing in a day and a half!
Do not hesitate to have them do your plumbing jobs!

My water heater was leaking when I got home.
I called Dan told him what was going on.
He went immediately to get a new water heater and was at my home within an hour.
Dan installed and explained everything he was doing and what I would need to do each year with the unit. Dan was very professional and he definitely takes pride in his work. Dan’s pricing was more than fair.
I will be having Dan do work for me in the future and I will recommend Dan Fay Plumbing to anyone.
Great experience!

Hired him to do a simple add a gas line to switch out electric stove for a gas range. First was extremely late after the day before I initiated by text time he was coming to job site. Once confirmed was hours late with no call or text. I had to initiate the question where he was at due to being hours past the time agreed. Once done I find out we have no hot water. When I questioned him about it said he didn't do anything with hot water heater. I obviously knew he did because he tapped into the gas line for the hot water heater. He finally said he did tap tap that line but didn't shut off gas to the line. This left our pilot light out on heater which is extremely unsafe. When I questioned him about tapping this line he stated he never turned off gas to the heater even tho the line was live with gas. This guy is unsafe unprofessional and please stay away. Do research this isn't the first time he has done this with pilot lights. I put in a complaint on his license. This guy should not be doing anything with other people's houses

Needed a new shutoff valve for my gas line in the kitchen. Dan and his crew showed up and took care of with with no problems. They were very responsive and did the job in a timely manner. They have very fair pricing. I will be calling them again!

Had a champ of a water heater go out after 35 years on a Friday afternoon. Left Dan a vm to which he texted me back within an hour. Let him know what the issue was quickly via text, and he called me a bit later to discuss. He ended up coming out the next morning (Saturday) at a completely reasonable rate (less than others quoted for Monday/Tuesday in fact) to replace it. Finished in a couple hours and we had hot water for the weekend. Nice guy too.

The tech that came out over the weekend was knowledgeable on the pressure issue and recommended minor adjustments to our piping system. I was very satisfied with my experience and will use them again in the future.
