From our very first meeting with Carrie, I knew she was going to be awesome. She came in special for us early on a Saturday morning due to our busy work schedules and was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. She listened to what we wanted for our new build and gave us suggestions to fit our style. She has been in the business 18+ years and this is easily apparent when you meet her. She was always quick to respond to emails whenever I reached out to her with questions, and she was so patient, and spent so much time with us, during the selection process. She is extremely professional, is very personable, and really knows her stuff! The Briggs showroom is large and beautiful and has so many wonderful options. It was enjoyable looking through so many plumbing fixtures, but at times was a little overwhelming. Carrie made the process fun and easy, and we feel so thankful to have had her as our contact at Briggs. You can tell that she loves her job, she’s great at what she does, and she’s second to none when compared to the other vendors we’ve been to during the lengthy new-build selection process! I highly recommend Carrie at Briggs- you will love her!

I agree with Barbs review. I stopped in a few weeks ago because we are doing a bathroom remodel and I wanted to get inspiration and to look at the colors for the PVC shower walls. Walking in I was not greeted, and there were a few associates that were busy with other people, but not the receptionist. No one greeted me or made eye contact. I sat on the floor in the back room looking at the colors for the shower walls and was reading through the book to find out what size things come in for almost 7 mins . I understand if you are too busy to help since I did not make an appointment but not one person I walked by said hi or do you want to set up an appointment. Never again .

Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with our install. Great company, great guy… and would highly recommend him to an anyone with any plumbing needs.

The work was excellent. Ryan had to install an isolation valve and make adjustments to the previous gas lines. No problem. New vent duct looks great.

We are on well water and Ryan is going to assist us with water treatment options as well.

Ryan was absolutely amazing! I had some work that needed to be done and he was so amazing. As a single mom, I’m always worried I will be taken advantage of, but I can promise you this will not happen with Water Pros Plumbing! I will definitely use again if any water issues come up. Called Ryan asking to have high rise toilet installed. I spoke with Ryan onTuesday and he came today (Thursday). He quoted me a price and it was under what he quoted. He was on time and was done in an hour. Very pleasant and hard worker. Need anything plumbing Ryan is your guy. I will have him back for any plumbing problems or new installations. Left my bathroom very clean.

Ryan did an excellent job installing our water softener and RO system, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The setup was clean, and he took time to explain everything clearly.

Ryan replaced two hose spigots for us after we encountered an issue with one of the old units cracking. He was able to promptly address our immediate concerns and upgrade the hardware with Aquor Water Systems products. Ryan was highly professional, thorough, and personable throughout the process. We are pleased with his work and would definitely recommend his services.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Ryan at Water pros he has done several jobs for me in the past and I gotta tell you that even though they’re a small job and a couple of big jobs that were tough he handles them all. It’s a real advantage to have someone in your professional portfolio Who can handle plumbing issues and I like the fact that he owns his own company because he’s got his steak in it he’s got he’s got his whole livelihood built around that. He can’t just walk away from some other large company that I’ll never see you again so no having a plumber is killer for me Because he can take care of problems quickly. I don’t have to worry about getting him scheduled. He’s reliable shows up every time does a fabulous job at a reasonable price. He’s actually the most reasonable plumber guy and you know he does some sprinkler stuff too, so I wouldn’t hesitate to call Ryan for any plumbing issues you might have and he will. Ryan did a great job, he came out when he said he would and gave an honest opinion/solution for the problems I was having. We talked about bigger fixes but decided they weren’t necessary and got things taken of for me in a timely manner. Appreciate him and recommend him for projects big or small.

Ryan was awesome. Came in, diagnosed our leak under the kitchen sink. Told me exactly what was needed to fix it, and gave me an estimate then and there. Had us back up and running in no time which was much appreciated as its not ideal to have a defective kitchen sink and dishwasher. Thanks again Ryan!

Ryan did such an amazing job for us! Our water heater went out Thursday night around 6pm and by 2pm Friday he had already installed our replacement. He gave us options on either a repair or replacement and explained the outcomes of both situations and possible issues we may face in the future with just the repair, but did not pressure us to replace if it wasn’t within budget. He also kept the work area very clean. Super friendly, reasonably priced, and great to work with. Would definitely recommend water pros for any plumbing needs!
