My experience with the Winner in Omaha was strictly as a truck driver making a delivery. While the yard was a bit tight, a gentleman by the name of Rick was very helpful in explaining the set-up and he also unloaded me rather quickly. All in all, a pleasant visit...

Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

Pro Plum replaced the collapse sewer line and did a great job doing the work in the estimated time. The owner Ben was easy to work with and kept me updated during the process.

Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

First and foremost, I am absolutely floored with the level of care and compassion with which Ben and his crew handled our job. A small error, on an incredibly head scratching job, required us to call back and explain the job wasn't finished. Ben handled this professionally and quickly, coming out himself at 730pm on a weeknight to help us.
Folks, when I say I will never call another plumber, I mean it. I have a rowdy toddler boy. Curious, but rowdy. Ben handled this hellspawn with pure class and skill. He had my son helping him bringing him tools. I can't even get this kid that involved. 10 out of 10 on the work, and on just being a rad human being. Totally recommend pro plumb, not even a question.

Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them "sometime next week". Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was "done" with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

My "senior" tankless water heater "died" worst possible time: right before Christmas holiday weekend. Replacement unit couldn't be purchased until day after Christmas, so meant 4 days without hot water. Needed services of one of few plumbing companies who handle Navien brand. Glad I reached Pro Plumb: from first contact they were sympathetic and concerned to do what they could for me. They promised to get to me 1st thing day after Christmas, keeping that promise with true professionalism. Josh arrived early, answered my questions, then checked prices and availability at two distributors for best price. My own research into price range of my model confirmed I could trust his quote. In just a couple of hours he picked up and installed the replacement unit, cleaned up after himself, explained future maintenance, and my hot water was restored. Based on Josh's pleasant demeanor, expertise, and transparency, Pro Plumb will be my plumbing company in the future.

I reported a water leak in the basement to the landlord.Andrew with Pro Plumb arrived the next morning. The cause of the leak was because of the kitchen sink.Andrew left to get a new faucet and hand sprayer for the sink.He checked the toilet pipe in the basement that ran by the sink pipes. He said it was fine.He did that on his own just to make sure no leaks there.I was very impressed that he checked to make sure there were no problems elsewhere.I was glad he said we just needed a new faucet and no pipes were leaking. He was very nice and efficient.I am happily recommending this company. If we ever have any other plumbing issues,I'm asking the landlord to send Pro Plumb again.

Not truthful and unreliable. $145 to relight a pilot light that I already knew how to do. Here is the exact email I sent and received no response. Check the mail to see they turned me over to collections.

    Hello,

I went to my junk mail looking for something and came across a bill from your company. I am surprised to see that I was billed after the guy that came out did not fix my issue.

I called May 17, 2024 at 8:04am and left a message stating that I didn’t have hot water. I received a call back May 17, 2024 to discuss having no hot water after lighting the pilot light multiple times. I advised the water heater was from 2008 and I didn’t want to put a lot money into it due to age. A visit was scheduled where I was told originally that the part if needed would be roughly $20ish dollars which was fine. The guy that came out said there was nothing wrong and lit the pilot light and then said I was good to go. I stated that the guy i talked to said it would be about $20ish dollars if he could just fix that since he was out. He stated the part (thermocoupler or part of the thermocoupler) would be as advised. He took it apart, just to tell me he was wrong and it was gong to be a $200ish dollars. I told him no as the water heater was so old I didn’t want to invest money into it. He put it back together and relit the pilot light and said everything was good to go. He stated the water would take a few hours to heat back up so give it some time and he left. I then had to call back at 6:28 to leave a message as an emergency since I had zero hot water after all day. I never received a call back. I knew how to relight the pilot light, that is not what I needed as it kept going out.

I had to buy a new water heater and have it installed.

I am formally disputing the bill as the service I required was neither completed nor addressed. Specifically, my water heater issue was not fixed, and my emergency call was not returned. As no service was provided, i do not believe this charge is valid and request that it be removed from my account.

Today, we had Bud Steinmetz come out to inspect the leak from the shower that is dripping down into the garage. He thoroughly explained everything and was incredibly helpful. Bud is a great person, and we will definitely seek his assistance for all our future needs.
