I highly recommend Omaha Drain. They were so responsive and super pleasant to deal with over the phone. Our technician, Colin, could not have been nicer and answered all our questions, and fixed our clogged main drain quickly. He took time to clean everything up before leaving. Colin was so professional and took care of our issue completely. Highly recommend this company.

Before contacting Omaha Drain, we checked with another company and were shocked at what they said they would charge. We contacted Omaha Drain, and they came out quickly, and charged a reasonable cost. Aaron was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very capable. So happy we contacted them!

Our sink started to back up anytime we ran the dishwasher. Gave Omaha Drain a call and Bud was out within a few hours! He got right to the problem and solved it quickly, discussed options and explaining each step along the way. He gave great suggestions on how to avoid future problems and got us up and going again so quickly! Even better was only having to pay $99 for it!

Not only was Bud able to fix our problem, he did it with a smile on his face and great conversation while doing so.

We have found our new go-to plumber, that's for sure!

Aaron who came out to give me an estimate went above and beyond. After dealing with multiple different companies that service Bennington, NE. I hands down would not refer or recommend anyone else for your plumbing, HVAC, etc. Needs. These guys are the best around. Omaha Drain was fantastic.

We had a major sewer drain problem. Brand X company came out twice, could not solve the problem, then told us it would be four days before someone could come out. We were then told to go find another plumber. Cost to not fix the problem was $500.

I called Omaha Drain and in 30 minutes someone was here. They identified the problem and major work began. Fast, neat, clean and the inspector from the city said “they did a good job”.

I was kept informed on the status of the work and the timing. The office staff also helped keeping us informed. Good communication.

We bought our home in October, and unfortunately no one told us about the sewer issues lurking beneath it. Thankfully, we called Omaha Drain—and Larry came out right away. He spotted the problem immediately and walked us through his recommendations. What started as a simple repair quickly revealed a much bigger issue: our entire main sewer line needed to be replaced.

Even with such overwhelming news, the Omaha Drain team turned a nightmare into a manageable experience. They jumped into action without hesitation and even included a brand-new water heater, which was an incredible bonus. Their flexibility with scheduling and financing made a stressful situation so much easier. Every crew member we’ve met has been friendly, professional, and truly great to work with.

They’re still wrapping up the project, but we’ve been impressed every step of the way. More updates to come once everything is finished!

Arrived an hour early from my delivery time and was docked in minutes. Entrance for delivery for trucks is at end of building. Only one dock for 53ft truck and trailer to dock on side. Go into yard and plenty of room to back into for 53 ft truck to deliver. Not as bad at all like others have commented here before. Friendly and professional people here. Would not mind delivering here again. 👍

You might want to update your City pick up website to indicate you are closed on Saturday. It currently states you are open until 11. Wasted trip.

I wanted to use Briggs bc I assumed I’d get good customer service and I wanted to support a local business, even though I could have paid less for almost everything I chose. I’ve had extremely long wait times, again I could have ordered online and gotten them in days not weeks or months. Return calls are almost non existent. I’ve ended up ordering several things on my own as it is, because I was told for whatever reason they couldn’t get the item, which was months later. I would have chosen totally different fixtures bc now nothing matches. Very disappointing to say the least. I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t bother using them.

Drivers if your doing a delivery especially with sleeper pull thru gate then turn right at the end of their parking lot.
Pull all the way down and then you can back straight up to their dock.
SUPER EASY
IF you dont do it this way you will never get into the dock.
The dock is behind the building.

I was trying to merge into traffic and someone driving a victory plumbing truck finally let me in. It says alot about people and their character (patient's) by the way they drive. I have never worked with victory plumbing but I just might have to call them if I have any plumbing needs

I had a toilet issue come up at my rental house. I quick text later, Victory Plumbing scheduled service, coordinated with my tenant, and resolved the issue. Payment was very easy with online invoicing. Thanks!
