They showed up early which is a +, explained what they were gonna do, was a lil stubborn but they got the drain opened up, the ad said $99 n b thats what I paid n I'm happy w it. Told me what might b have to b done if the 60' snake didn't wrk n quoted me a start out price which is by the hr n said they have plans where it could b financed which was comforting to know since I'm disabled. All in all I give them 5 stars or A+++ TY

Bud was early! Came in and got right to business. Explained what he was doing and outlined my long-term options. Would be happy to have him in my house again.

Had omaha drain out to clear a sink at my rental property. Dalton was friendly and efficient! Will be calling them for my next plumbing need. They also did a quick check on my water heater and water pressure.

We have had the worst experience ever. Our sewer backed up.. Start 11 March - 22 April and still counting.
What was supposed to be a 5 day job ended up being 6 weeks. They would not come on time (or not come at all those days), never have the parts when they came to house, leave for hours if not till next day, keep failing city inspection. Which they were doing short cuts, which thankfully the city inspector seen.
Most of the time they would say they were coming, having us wait for hours and then say "we had an emergency." I guess our house with floor gutted out with expoawd pipes and holes in our wall don't count as an emergency.
They had no consideration that we had to leave work every time; use our vaction, which ended up being in the hole. So imagine leaving work for 6 weeks in a row without having vacation time left.
But what they was quick to charge a hefty bill. No discount for all the trouble, inconvenience, and failure on their part.
Mind you we still have water standing water coming into our laundry room and basement bathroom.
DO NOT go with this company. Save your time and energy.

We had Omaha drain out to take a look at the main drain in our basement. The technician Steve was on time and incredibly professional. He took extra care to keep our house clean with protective plastic and shoe covers. He found damage in our main sewer lines that we didn’t know we had, but he had it draining in less than an hour. We went ahead with their estimate for the repairs, and their team came and repaired the sewer line under our basement floor in less than a day! I had an awesome experience with Omaha Drain, and I’d highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues

My technician was Larry Williams. He arrived promptly, was very friendly, very knowledgeable and did an AWESOME JOB at my house. I will call Larry/Omaha Drain Company for all of my plumbing needs!!! They get the job done well!!!

Bud a technician from Omaha Drain came to look into a problem I was having an unusual smell. Bud was extremely helpful, polite and professional. I recommend Omaha Drain. Their staff were very helpful and Bud arrived on time. Thank you for your great assistance. I will be using Omaha Drain again if I need assistance again.

So my husband and our main sewer line burst they came right did the camera snake everything couldn’t get through the pipes they had to dig the entire pipe system from main to sewer line showed us with the camera every step of the way. From barb to Stephanie to Larry jack Collin you were all so helpful friendly. My husband had a stroke and was in a hospital bed and Larry kept him updated. God knows I didn’t know where to turn and Larry also pointed us in the right direction. For where to turn for everything ruined. From the bottom of our hearts you all made a bad situation so much better. Honest 100%

I am very happy with the service provided. Larry got to my home in a timely manner and was very polite. He explained everything. Even with a little hickup he took care of my issue. I would highly recommend Larry and Omaha Drain.

Bud arrived the same day I requested a sewer camera inspection. He took the time to show and explain the inspection to me. He was very thorough and professional. I would not hesitate to use Omaha Drain for future plumbing needs.

Cody stopped by to do an inspection on our driveway to make sure that we don't have a plumbing leak under the house. He was very thorough in looking things over and explaining what we would be observing if there were one and was able to give us peace of mind knowing that we're not dealing with a major repair on our underground plumbing.

Omaha Drain was the first to be able to come the morning that I called. They had to call me back to let me know they were an hour behind on the echeduled call time which I didn't mind as it was still 4 hours earlier than their competitors. Their technician "Bud" called to let me know he was on his way. When he showed up he had to work around 2 other contractors who were remodeling my bathroom. He jumped right in and got the job done wihtout missing a beat. Great exprienc all the way around.

Prompt, efficient and very Informative! Dalton was sent to our home for a clogged drain. He was very professional and clear with what task was being done and why. The issue was fixed in under an hour! We were very pleased with Omaha Drain and would highly recommend them!
