Ryan did an outstanding job fixing our leaking toilet. He arrived on time, assessed the problem, and offered clear recommendations for the best solution. We ended up having our flange / piping replaced and our toilet reset and he did so within a few hours. Throughout the process, he was transparent and honest about the pricing, unlike some other plumbing companies that will try to up-charge you at every turn. Ryan is a genuine professional, and he will definitely be our go-to plumber from now on.

Second time working with Ryan at Water Pros Plumbing and we couldn't be happier with the service, and attention to detail. He has installed a new water heater, a new water softener, re-routed some pipes in our basement, and cleared an obstruction in our basement floor drain. Any time we need any plumbing work done, he will be our first and only call.

Let me first just start by saying that hiring a plumber always is a challenge and typically causes this single mama much anxiety. That was until I got a referral to Water Pros Plumbing and worked with Ryan on replacing my water heater. What a breath of fresh air! I can’t even tell you how seamless the process was! He was extremely professional and took the extra time to explain in detail my situation and gave me options for the repair. I felt like I had all the details needed to make the best decision possible and for what fit in my budget. I’ve not ever had such a positive experience with a plumber like this before. I now have a functioning water heater unit that is American made and will last AND he did clean and swift work which made a world of difference for me to get back to my life. Huge shout out to Ryan and if there were more than 5 starts I would give him more! I will absolutely be a repeat customer in the future if I ever need a plumber again.

We are fairly new to the area and wanted someone to install a reverse osmosis system for our house. After reading a lot of reviews for plumbers, I went with Water Pros and could not have been happier. Ryan is so nice, helpful and down to earth. He responded right away, communicates in layman's terms and prices were very fair. We have needed him twice for plumbing issues since then (not related to reverse osmosis) and I am impressed each time. Of all the new service people I have used since moving, he is by far the one I would recommend the most.

a little tight to deliver with an 18 wheels hehehe, it only goes backwards and it will be easier, very kind and the forklift driver was very fast to unloading my load, no overnight parking

Very knowledgeable employees both on the sales floor and in the parts shop waist your time at Lowe’s or Home Depot if you want. I found my go to place for DIY projects! Make sure you go to both they’re connected but have two separate entrances. Great place to go if you want the bathroom of your DREAMS!

My boyfriend went in and got a curb stop and paid cash.. told them it looked like it was the wrong one and they said it was the right one ... then when we brought it back to return it Shane Henderson I believe was the gentleman that helped us both time and he was very rude to my boyfriend and pissy because his football lost ... and they couldn't give us our cash back they had to put it on a card over all we probably won't be back

What AMAZING and excellent Customer Service they gave me! I walked in, in a panic, and within minutes, they had several solutions and ideas for me! I highly recommend this company!!! And they were half the price of the competitor and showed me a few other products while I waited, and they really do have product knowledge!!!
