TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
I had Bud out to hydro jet my main sewer line.
I’ve had this done before by other plumbing company’s and it’s very messy with lots of water when Bud attempted to hydro jet no water at all. I don’t think he was using much pressure. Bud keep saying when need to replace main sewer line at a cost of 26000.00 dollars. I explained to Bud that I just got a new HVAC and don’t have the money right now and his response was I guess you don’t like having plumbing. The whole time he was here he was more interested in marking my front lawn so that they knew where to dig to replace sewer line. Bud left went to his truck and next thing I know he was knocking at my door to ask me to give a good google review because he got 10 dollars. Thomas started texting me non stop and I asked him to stop and he did, then Chris started calling me and I had block his number. I would never hire this company to replace my sewer line…
Hopefully after this review they stop contacting me!!!!

Omaha Drain is AWESOME! I called at 2:30 and Colin was here at about 2:45. Maybe a little sooner. Colin was friendly and very respectful of my home. You never know when something in your house is going to fail. Recently, we had Omaha Drain out after a floor drain backed up. Aaron came out immediately despite having a booked schedule and that it was late in the day. His inspection was thorough and unfortunately he had to deliver bad news that the cast iron under our house needed to be replaced and needed emergent attention.

The Omaha Drain excavation team (Isaiah, Luis, David) was out 3 days later to start work. They made quick work exposing the old pipe. Given the nature of the work, they still kept the site relatively clean. The plumbing crew (Raad, Joe, Gage) started replacing pipe on day 3. After inspection, the team was able to backfill and place concrete on day 4-5.

Overall, we were very happy with the entire Omaha Drain team. While no one wants to have to replace their entire drain system, the Omaha Drain team made the process effortless through efficient communication and full transparency. They went above and beyond by tunneling underneath my shower to save me from retiling it!

Would highly recommend. Big shout out to all that were at our site to help along the way (Aaron, Isaiah, David, Raad, Big Joe, and Lil Gage). Thanks Omaha Drain!

My kitchen sink was plugged up and I was looking for a company to come and unplug my drain but everyone else wanted over $200! Even the company that I normally use! I called Omaha drain and they sent someone out who was nice and pleasant and very professional and so I will be using them from now on! I highly recommend them!

We scheduled an appointment to have our main drain jetted from Omaha Drain based on feedback from another company that couldn't get it taken care and instantly gave us a quote for a 15k+ project. Steve from Omaha Drain came out upon the agreed timeframe, was personable and very informative as he communicated along the process & what he was doing. He was able to get the issue resolved without the additional work we thought we needed. I appreciated the time he spent answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable in making future decisions for our plumbing needs. Thanks, Steve!!

Both Larry and Jake were outstanding to deal with. They explained everything that they were doing. I don’t feel like I was cheated in anyway what’s started off as a small issue became a very big issue and they explained everything to me that needed to be done. I would highly recommend Omaha drain to anybody looking for a plumber.

On 27 Jan 26, Bud did a thorough job of looking at all the pipes in the bathrooms and the water heater before beginning the job at hand. He made suggestions without pressure and gave insightful ideas and quotes. Job done well and efficiently.

We had water backing up into our shower and toilets that wouldn’t flush. I put in an online request for a morning time slot and first thing in the morning I got a call from my plumber that he would be there within 20-25 minutes!
When Steven “Superstar” Springer arrived he introduced himself, listened to the issue, helped to diagnose the problem, discussed the price and other options available, then got to work on the best possible solution.
He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient and we are grateful for his help.

Unfortunately, we had a major plumbing job that needed to be taken care of. Dealing with home issues is stressful, but Steve Springer was fantastic to work with. He responded to messages quickly, was always upfront and honest about what was happening, and didn't just tell me what the problems were; he showed me. He worked hard to make sure our work was done correctly, that things were cleaned up properly, and that we always understood the process. I highly recommend working with him.

Had a slow draining bathroom sink. Made an appointment, Dalton showed up on time. He also called 45 mins in advance, very professional. Showed him where the sink was and he had it cleared out within about 20 mins. I also had him check another issue and he took care of that also. Dalton did a great job and the whole experience with Omaha Drain was was excellant.

I had tree roots through my sewer pipes and called Omaha Drain. Steve and his helper were able to come out on Labor Day and get the issue diagnosed quickly after snaking and hydro jetting. Once we determined that we needed to excavate and repair the ruined line, we quickly paid the deposit and got on their schedule to have this issue resolved. The work was done really well and my personal experiences with the field employees were great. I really want to make it clear how great Steve and the crew were at getting this done in a timely manner for us.

The communication from Jeremy, the Service Manager, has been pretty terrible. When there was more of the street that needed to be excavated and another permit needed to be pulled, I did not hear anything from the office about what work was actually being done, when it would be scheduled, or how much extra this would add onto my final invoice. I called multiple times within a few hours in attempt to get answers before the weekend and only after my frustrating attempts was I able to get ahold of him and get answers. After all of the work was completed, I was told this would likely get sent to the city public works department for them to pour the street back and get the street opened up. After waiting almost a month, we called the PW department only to be told that that had no knowledge of any work on our street. That day I attempted to get ahold of Jeremy and left two messages with him before the weekend. As of today, a month later, I'm being told by Barb, the lovely Office Manager (who really has been very helpful and sincere) that there was a failed inspection of the concrete cutting and they need to return to cut additional concrete before the city would take over. My unsuccessful attempts at contacting Jeremy have been very frustrating, and hearing all of this from a secondhand nature is simply ridiculous.

Dalton is amazing! This is our first time using a plumber and I feel so lucky that we got him! He stuck it out with us for 3 days for a clog that would not budge. He worked to find resolution without having to cut into our floor. Our pipes are great and we are very happy! We will be requesting him in the future.

Was made aware of a sewage backup at 11pm the 23rd on a rental. Was able to schedule an appointment at 2am. Had a tech Bud at my door before noon on Christmas Eve day!! Very professional service all the way around. Actually able to call and talk to a human in the office for updates!! Did great work cleared a blockage in the main sewer 70 feet out. Kept things clean and was done in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced for the services!! For sure will use them again

Aaron was absolutely amazing had us up and going extremely fast he also did a great job of explaining everything. Best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. This is my only call for now on.

I typically use a different company for our plumbing needs at our house, however this past Friday (2/20) they were unavailable until late Saturday due to other scheduling.

Omaha Drain did fit us into their schedule especially being a late Friday appointment. The technician arrived and was able to video inspect our main sewer line and discovered a heavy root blockage that would need to be hydro jetted to be able to inspect the line further, however they would have to do that Saturday the 21st.

Once the technician arrived to jet the line (which I am unsure if it was technically done since a hose was never hooked up to any water lines to my knowledge). Shortly after starting this I was informed that the after getting past the main blockage they identified a collapsed pipe and that further work would be futile and that we needed to replace the line completely. I agreed to no further work without pressing for details as I rely on the expertise of the professionals in this line of work.

It felt...off a bit during this because I felt slightly pressured to agree to having the line replaced and that it was the only option to do. I was continuously told about financing and what the cost would be etc. I said I would need time to discuss it and asked for copies of the quotes which I received.

I later had my typical company come out to video inspect the line, the issues that I was told previously about recession issues, collapsed pipe, etc were not collaborated or agreed on. I reviewed this new video inspection in detail and they did not see any of the issues that I was told about. Sure the pipes are old, but not in a "dire" situation.

In the end of everything my normal company did a hydrojet of the line, for quite a bit cheaper than what I was charged by Omaha Drain, with a video inspection included to review the cleared line and everything is good. The issue of root blockage, from what I was told, is unavoidable due to the various large trees in my neighborhood. They informed me that even if I did replace the line, eventually, within ~10yrs, there would be a good chance that root blockage would become a problem again. The only for sure way of solving it would be removing each tree near my water line which would require neighbors also removing their trees.

I ended up also having a third company that I've never had work at my house before come out and video inspect the line after my normal company completed their work and they backed up what my normal company said and saw no issues that Omaha Drain told me.

I feel....misinformed and pressured into the service I did receive. Although the technician was friendly and we casually talked quite a bit, I can't help but feel now that it was all just a sales tactic to make me feel comfortable with the situation.

Even though I was told I would receive a copy of the invoice and a copy of the video inspection that was done, I have yet to receive that, even though the 2 other companies that did this same service had it to me within ~24 hours.

I appreciate how quick Omaha Drain responded to my appointment request, but I can't say I would recommend them or that I would use them again.

We had just moved in with my MIL and her basement started to flood. Steve with Omaha Drain came to our quick rescue. He was professional, helpful, and most of all sympathetic to our situation. He quickly diagnosed our issues and got us on the path to recovery again. From the first call to dispatch to the final day of repair Omaha Drain's communication and service was top notch. Will use again!!!

Omaha Drain got me in the schedule quick, accurately diagnosed the issue and even called ahead of time to give advice on free alternatives to save me money. Appreciate the honesty and good customer service from Bud, one of the technicians. Highly recommended.

I had my floor drain in basement backing up. Bud from Omaha Drain came out to clear it. He got the drain unclogged and ran a camera down to show the condition of the pipe. He was very engaging and easy to talk to. We discussed some options for a more permanent solution and I felt no pressure to do something right away. I will definitely call them back for any other issues I may have with the plumbing.

Cleaned my kitchen sink line so fast! Super nice guys, Bud and Dewey! Super nice to my dog. I paid $99 for membership! So worth it. I Highly recommend them! They came out last year and I only use them.

Omaha Drain was wonderful to work with.. Bud was so good at explaining and showing us what our problem was. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again.. hopefully I don’t have too!!
