This is the first time I hired this company to replace the kitchen sink faucet and never ever again. I would stay away from this company in the future. Too bad I didn’t have chance to buy the faucet by myself first before hiring the technician like I did in the past.
I was over charged paying $573.25 before tax ($613.38 after tax) for kitchen faucet priced $99 only , confirmed by Moen customer service . It means installation fees is $474.25 for one hour.

I should have done the research first like I always did . Lesson learned!

Ryan was amazing. Called him on a Thursday and was out two days later to do a full scope of work estimate. Talked through all the options and their pros and cons. Came back two days later to do the job (new water heater and two new toilets). Discovered additional scope on the water heater and worked with my wife and me to manage the additional cost. Highly, highly, highly recommend you do business with Water Pros!

Unbelievable service. I was in a plumbing crisis from my main line and Ryan with Water Pros Plumbing arrived within hours. He thoroughly inspected and diagnosed issues, and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate that I gladly accepted and before he left, he made sure my water situation was stable. Ryan came back the next day (in time!!) to fix the issue and when the work was complete he walked through all the changes with me. He even found a way to come in under the estimated price. 😳 I cannot emphasize how kind Ryan was, and how much I appreciated the empathy and understanding of my frustration. The honest assessment of the work to be done, and his connections in the community to get other people over to do other necessary work was also appreciated. Absolutely amazing! It’s so great to finally have found a great plumber! Ryan was GREAT! He did an amazing job putting my water heater in, he even cleaned up after himself. I have had zero luck with plumbers and I’m so thankful to finally have a plumber to call when need be. Will 100% be using him and referring him to everyone I know!

I had an excellent experience with Ryan at Water Pros! He installed both a reverse osmosis system and an electric sump pump at my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work. Ryan was extremely responsive in helping us replace a broken toilet and to upgrade another toilet. He was up front about pricing throughout. Highly recommend!

My outside hose bib had leaked and froze during the first snow of the year. Ryan came out that day (Saturday) when the streets had yet to be plowed and assessed the problem and offered honest and transparent options to fix the issue.
