They were able to come out same day I called and solved the drain problem. Super nice, fixed the leak and reasonably priced. Left the room clean which I appreciated!

Our water heater quit working on a Friday morning and our expectation was that we'd be without hot water all weekend. Reviewed a few plumbers that carried AO Smith heaters and landed on Paul the Plumber. Talking to Tracy, she said they could install a replacement that afternoon. As you can see from the photo, Grant's work looks like art to us. Grant answered all my silly questions, was very professional and witty. He needed some extra parts after having to reroute the furnance drainage PVC and Paul's son came out with the needed parts. He was also personable. All in all a great experience and highly recommend this company.

amazing job from start to finish; from
scheduling to communication to
completion and clean up.
My house is 100 years old and has lathe &
plaster walls and I needed ALL of the
plumbing replaced from the basement to
the 2nd floor bathroom
They did a neat, precise job of cutting
away just enough of the plaster walls in
order to remove (and replace with pvc) the
cracked cast iron stack and branches. The new pvc is now vented properly and is the way its supposed to be. The existing system had not been properly vented.
They also did a great job
replacing the steel water supply lines with
new copper to the 2nd floor, surpassing my expectations.
This was a very difficult, challenging and
extensive job and they handled it perfectly.
My experience was that they do excellent
work and go the extra mile to do things the
right way.
And they were nice to our dogs.

This is my second time using Paul the Plumber and I will keep calling them when I need a plumber. They do a great job at explaining, answering questions and providing a great plumbing service. Everyone is very nice and professional.

We appreciate the work you've done for us. On time and friendly and efficient ! We had you come and replace our shower hardware with a better and user friendly one. We saved time by texting pictures of our old one and then you showed us pictures of one that was perfect for our needs. We also had a leaky faucet that you discovered as we were showing you our old wonderful kitchen faucet. We didn't realize it had a slow leak and that it had a lifetime warranty till you told us, so we called the company (Hansgrohe) and they sent the part needed to fix it. It is 14 years old.

Giustino from Paul the Plumber came to our home to replace our shower faucet. Giustino has amazing customer service skills. He explained that we would only have to replace the valve and explained all our options. We did choose to use the new faucet we had purchased. He explained everything he was doing and even cleaned the kitchen faucet that had accumulated some sediment and was dripping when the surge of, turning the water back on, happened. This plumber treated us kindly and at a ( plumber 101) level we easily understood. I would highly recommend this Plumbing Company. :) Thank you Giustino !
