I would highly recommend Jackat Drain Cleaning!! I called him at 8:00 pm on Thursday evening and he offered to come out that same night. He ended up coming at 9am Friday morning as we ourselves realize how important evenings are for all of us. He was very friendly and accommodating!!! Not to mention VERY REASONABLY priced!! Thanks again Jacket Drain!!!

Robert was wonderful to work with. We had a drain emergency and called him at 9am after he was recommended by a plumbing service. He was at our house at 1pm and diagnosed our problem quickly. He gave us great advice how to move forward and was very helpful. We will use him again if we have any additional drain issues in the future.

Called at 4:30 and Robert showed up to clean our drain within an hour. Great service and super friendly! We will absolutely use Jackat Drains again and we’ve already recommended to several people.

I originally called SmithPro Plumbing who were booked for the day but got us in with Jackat instead that afternoon. Robert got here right at the beginning of the window I was given and got our sink working quickly and easily. He was very professional and priced fairly. I'd definitely recommend his services!

Called JACKAT Drain Cleaning, and Robert was at my house in a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem and got it cleared in in no time at all. But he didn't just stop with clearing the clog. He did a thorough job on snaking our main drain and cleared a potential blockage in the sewer our house drains into.

He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, adhered to COVID-safe protocols, and made sure to explain everything to me before he actually took any action. I also greatly appreciated his policy that if he wasn't able to clear my drain he wouldn't charge me. All of this was accompanied by a great price without an after-hours fee (~8PM at night service). Robert was awesome! Very nice and knowledgeable. Took care of my drain in about 30 minutes. Also threw in a new soil pipe cap at no charge to replace my broken one. He was worth every penny I paid, including the pennies he found when unclogging my drain. I would 1000% use him again.

Robert was very efficient, professional, affordable and informative! He came at 8pm and spent a couple hours making sure our main line was cleaned out and working properly. We have had multiple problems with our floor drain backing up and never have we had someone take that much time and energy to make sure it was done correctly. He is definitely our go to guy from now on. And did I mention he didn’t even charge an after hours fee!?!? If you are looking for a drain guy...look no further!!

November 14th, 2025 Friday Jacket Drain Cleaning the employees Robert and Brandon's Elite experienced plumbing, the knowledge that these two men bring to The Jacket Drain Cleaning Company, obviously categorized in the Elite Drain Cleaning Company over all Cleaning Companies in the city of Omaha Nebraska, the State of Nebraska surrounding areas of Omaha Nebraska professional friendly, these guys deserve an award or better yet give Robert and Brandon a raise, these are hard times and every single individual acknowledged, the hard times we are facing as I speak knowingly these times, will only get worse, Kimberly.

Jackat Drain Cleaning was amazing to work with. We had water issues and they were prompt to respond and come out and help us. They were so informative, answered all our questions and did a thorough snaking of all our pipes. We would definitely recommend!

The experience was fast and efficient, my plumber was very respectful and let me know exactly what he was going to do! He kept me updated on my progress and made sure that I was comfortable with what I was getting done!
