Nicholas was my technician from Drain Daddy. He was thoughtful, considerate, and knowledgeable. He took care of what needed to be done and was honest about what to expect in the future. I would recommend them to anyone and will call them back when needed.

I had to call Drain Daddy back due to drain backing up again. I just bought my house in January and there was nothing in the disclosure about plumbing issues. I believe the house was vacant for a couple months before moving in. I was told roots could arise rapidly due to cold weather and empty house. Anyways, the first time they came out they recommended the jetting service but it was not covered in my home warranty package. I had to pay for the jetting service out of pocket this time around. But not only did they come out the same day I called, they took their time and did a thorough job. They worked out a fair deal for me given the circumstances. The situation was unfortunate but I was glad to have this company come out and will call them again if I have issues.

Website made it easy to schedule my appointment. You can skip past the line, find an open slot and click to schedule. Got a confirmation text right away. Day of scheduled drain clean, got a text from them with a picture of the person that was going to perform the action and a simple Y to let them know you are ready. I got Nicholas and from the beginning was very professional and easy to talk too. Didn’t mind me watching and asking questions. He worked pretty hard for the clog but it was handled. He offered suggestions for hair catcher for bath/shower to help minimize hair going into the drain. When he was finished he wiped down his area and it was an easy payment process. He offered a suggestion for all drains to help battle the sludge issues. All in all great experience and great service. Thank you!

We had some slow, drain sinks, and two bathtubs. Nicholas came out at the scheduled appointment time. Very courteous, very knowledgeable for any questions that we had. The service was great, I was suggest anybody in Omaha.

I had requested service online through their website at 7:30am for a Noon-2pm window, and he arrived at 1:15 the same day.

After reading all the positive reviews about this company I decided to call them to look at a drain backing up in the basement of my rental they came the very next morning and cameraed the entire drain to the street and assured me there were no tree roots or cracks in the pipe . It just had a lot of corrosion. they thoroughly cleaned it out and told me to keep an eye on the situation if it starts to happen more frequently than once a year there are other things they could do to remedy the situation which would not cost me an arm and a leg I am grateful for their promptness their courteousness their workmanship , their explanation of of the situation and their pricing - all were GREAT. Do not hesitate to call this company if you have a need

I appreciated the next day service. I was disappointed because I wanted to get back before he left. Was here probably not even a half hour. I wanted to ask him questions about the drain and clogging alot. Your service call must be $255 for the first hour, just seemed steep for 20-30 minutes.
