Scheduled an appt from 11am to 1pm. They texted me at 1230pm that they had to cancel the appointment because their technicians car couldn’t get up a hill. The Omaha area had less than 3 inches of snow and the plows had worked for almost 24 hours at this point. Unreliable company.

I was highly impressed with the service. I called and had to leave a voicemail late on Sunday which wasn’t a big deal. They called promptly the next day first thing in the morning. They were able to get someone out right away which I appreciated. They sent a text with the gentleman’s picture and that he was on the way. He was very professional and even though he had some trouble with the drain snake going up a vent pipe he did amazing and fixed the clog! Definitely would recommend or use them again if needed.

Drain Daddy cleared and cleaned my home's main drain (60 ft.). Adam and Sara were dedicated to providing timely and quality service. A picote descaling method was used, which knocked down and pulverized the calcium buildup inside of the cast iron pipe. Before and after videos were provided. What a difference...the interior of the drain pipe now looks brand new. No more worries about an overflowing basement drain! And, prices were very reasonable.

Sara was very helpful when I called in for service to have a main line cleaned out. She explained the options to me and helped me decide on the best approach. My Drain Daddy experience started with a high recommendation from a respected neighbor. The Plumber/technician arrived on schedule. Adam was courteous, friendly and so focused on keeping his needed space around sinks. and drains protected that tarps, towels, and buckets were placed to minimize clean-up. He put on shoe covers to protect the flooring. Adam was very knowledgeable of procedure. He assessed where first to begin and with no hesitation or wasted motion, he remedied the drainage issues in basement. Then proceeded to kitchen sink above and made sure disposal and plumbing were safe, sound and secure.

Great customer service! Sara and Adam did a great job helping us out with hydro-jetting our sewer line. They left no mess, were punctual and you can’t beat the price. 10/10 would recommend!
