Horrible customer service. The woman who answers the phone — who apparently thinks she’s the office manager — has all the charm and professionalism of a back-alley brawler. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Honestly, call literally anyone else.

It’s now 2025, and their rust-bucket vans are still limping around town like a bad joke that refuses to end. Every time I hear their name, it’s followed by yet another horror story. If you value your sanity (and your money), stay far, far away

I’m absolutely furious with this company. They came out to my house 2 months ago and cleared out my main line. Well, my basement completely flooded again with sewage from the same line they just fixed. I immediately called Two Men and a Snake because they guarantee their work for 6 months (warranty). I have been calling and texting their phone number for 2 days and have received no response. Their hours state 24/7 but not a single acknowledgment! I was finally able to get in touch with a different company to come out after spending 24 hours of 2 inches of sewer water in my house and not being able to use any water/facilities. This also means, I had to pay again, when it should have been under warranty. I feel as though they are ignoring the call in order to avoid fulfilling their duty and guarantee. Absolutely awful company practice. If you’re going to state you have a 6 month warranty and are open 24/7, maybe you should actually answer your phones or at least send a text back.

Had the pleasure to use Two Men and A Snake for another main line clean out. I first used them about 5 years ago. I gave up on the local highly advertised plumbers due to some customer service issues and prices.
Callie is very good with understanding my needs and gets me a service person who will quickly respond to me.
Adrian was my service person. He like other previous techs was pleasant and professional. I really appreciated how he listened to me and made a concerned assessment of my situation. It took awhile to resolve my issue but he was making sure things worked and I was satisfied.
I have recommended this company to all my friends. I still feel I have made a great choice to use them. They are priced good and stand by their work.

I am just want to share my Experience in here with the letter Potential customers
When I call the company person they coming to estimate my project. they estimate my project going done with the 6 to 8 hour with two person work. So I accepted this offer.
When they start work, they always told me how difficult my project. So After 16 hour one person work on my project They just done half. if I want to finish this project, I’m going to pay double.
So I just want Share with the customers. Make sure when you hire somebody work on your project, Make right decision I do think should not be rough estimate like double hour needed . For this project I have pay more 3 hours extra. Material I bought Before start work Most. Some material we provide not more than 20 minutes you wait.

Two Men came to snake out my stopped up kitchen sink. After Erick was done it drained perfectly.
I got a bid for replacing old damaged lead pipes. Nobody else would give a bid on paper. The bid was for $1950 and the final cost came in at $2016. Very acceptable.
Work was extremely good. Dewey worked hours and hours. Many thanks.

It was only one guy and a snake 🐍 but he got the job done, so we are happy enough. I'm glad my carpet is toast because otherwise, I'd not be happy with what got chucked up on it.

i've never posted a google review, but this was too crazy to ignore. i just had one of their employees have a meltdown on the road. they spit and threw an object at my car. that wasn't it either, they then told me to pull over to fight. is this the type of person you guys employ?

Friendly phone service. Scheduling was effortless. The person who arrived and completed the job was also very courteous. They didn't seem rough or unhappy to be around. Was even provided a warranty if it felt like the drain wasn't properly unplugged. Not many do that.

Calyn and her team were up front and honest about repairs that were needed. This is a local family owned company that does a wonderful job with customer service. I would recommend this company ten times over again!
