Robert was professional, detailed, and patient. Since we live in a condo and our water lines are connected, Robert came out 3 separate times and even worked in the neighboring condo to help solve our drain issue. We have a cabin out at a lake with only one bathroom. Our toilet was leaking and we weren’t sure what the issue was. I called around and JACKAT Drain Cleaning was the first to accommodate us. My bathroom drain was clogged and I was referred to Jackat Drains. I called on Good Friday and they offered to come out that evening. Robert came on Saturday and was very nice, professional and my drain was unclogged! I will definitely use again and refer people to him

Robert is the best!!! He was extremely quick and very professional! He even traveled out of his way to help me(us) out, last minute. The Jackrat team was very knowledgeable about what was going on and we’re able to help me out same day at one of occupied rentals. This allowed l my tenants to not be displaced somewhere to shower and use the facilities. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone! Pricing was more then fair for what I asked of in such an emergent notice. Not that I hope to have problems anytime soon but he will be getting my repeat business when I do!

Today we had a drain clog situation and were fortunate to call and find Robert from Jackat Drain. He did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. He came out right away and fixed the problem in a few hours. A very nice down to earth guy who cared about our problem.
