We got an estimate from PlumbRite for the repair needed and decided to get another estimate. Jeff with Drain M.D came out, examined the problem and came up with a way to repair the problem without doing damage to our kitchen countertop and cabinets(PlumbRite’s estimate included tearing out cabinets and countertops). Drain M.D’s estimate saved us several thousands of dollars!

R.J. replaced the pipes by going through the wall behind the cabinets. He is so personable and was so patient with my 89 years old father. My dad is a retired plumber and R.J. kept daddy engaged discussing plumbing issues. He got the job done and cleaned up after himself.

There was good communication throughout the whole experience including a text message with the plumber’s name when he was on his way. I was given a two hour window in which to expect him and he showed up as expected. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient and explained the problem and the solution so I could understand it. This is the second time I have used them and will call again in the future.

Jeff and RJ were wonderful. They were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and worked quickly, even helping us with a couple unexpected problems outside of the original job. Our appointment time was pushed a couple hours later but we didn't even mind afterwards, because they did great work. Their prices are super reasonable and they're upfront about what everything costs, too. We'll definitely bring them back for future services!

Wonderful service and nice men who answered questions patiently. They were careful with the new flooring in re-installing the stove and dishwasher. Appreciated that.

We have used Drain MD in the past and will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs. We were having issues with our toilet so I called them. They came out in a timely manner(it was not an emergency) and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. The guys are nice and the price was very fair.

Very highly recommend Jeff and his crew! They were on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and were very respectful and professional! I would rate them a 0 if I could, I had them come to fix some plumbing issues and to fix a leaking problem underneath my sink and it is still leaking. I contact them and left a voicemail and they never return my call!

When I say this is excellent service, it is an understatement! My grandma was having issues with a previous company, they came out, and did the service quickly, and within a day! Great service and very professional , and very clean no dirt on our floors and don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. They replaced our hot water heater at half the cost of those large companies on tv ads. We are very pleased.
