They are excellent! I would highly recommend them. I had some issues last spring with our pipes and another company. That is when I called Morehead and Mike from Morehead stepped right in and was awesome!! I have had them come out one other time for a small problem and they made me feel not at all "dumb" for the issue. I will use them again when/if any other problems arrive, thanks!

I hired them to auger a sewer line. After messing around for 4 hours, their guy's only answer was that he needed to come back the next day and keep augering - all at a cost of over $100 per hour. He said it would most likely end up in them having to replace the line all the way to the street, at a cost of approximately $10,000. After the Morehead Plumbing guy left left I called Roto-Rooter, who came & got the drain open in 20 minutes, and gave me a 6-month guarantee. Never again will I call Morehead Plumbing.

I needed a busted waterline and spigot replaced. The plumber arrived on time, which was a bit of a shock, as I have considerable experience with various contractors and "on time" is the exception, not the rule. He was professional and courteous. After performing an inspection he left to obtain the required materials, returned, and fixed the problem. I was only charged for the time he spent on site, and the markup on the parts was very reasonable (somewhere around 10%, which I determined by visiting a hardware store later and finding the exact same components). The pricing was excellent, as was the workmanship. I will be using Morehead again.

They came out to clear my line 120 days ago and is backed up again. The equipment he used had the cable spliced so it did not reach long enough to ensure the pipe was cleared. Today sewer is backed up again but the company is not standing behind the job they inadequately performed. The first tech was an apprentice and requested help. Both techs knew they did not reach the end and told me if I had a problem they would bring a different unit out to clear the line. Very disappointed with Chris the owners response.

Very professional, quick to respond to any questions we had. The work was A+. We had our sewer line replaced, they kept their footprint to the minimum. Price was very reasonable. I would NOT hesitate to use them again. Thank You for a wonderful Job.

Awesome service came out right away. Josh repaired our pipe quickly when other places said a week before they could come out. Josh was here and gone 90 minutes after I called. They are my new go to for sure. Also very affordable!

We like being on a first name basis with people we do business with ! Morehead Plumbing is no exception, they treat us like family ! The minute I call in, they greet me warmly.

My problem is always addressed for urgency. I've always heard, do you want us out there today ? When they do get there they are polite and engaging. I've never feared my safety with Moorhead's staff in our home.

The work we've had done for 20+ years has never had to be redone. We count on their work being done the right way, the first time. We've had everything from Water Heaters, Broken hoses, Main Drains, Broken Pipes, Installing new water lines … I could go on !

I aggressively recommend Morehead to help you with your plumbing needs. We do not call anyone else, that includes the fixtures we've bought with them over the years. They're a "One Stop Shop"

I am a contractor who used many plumbers, to help with the process of many home remodel jobs.I have never had an issue to have to come back to a job that I have Morehead plumbing provide their services to me. Many time when i was pinching pennies and use another contractor, I so regeted it. Going back and fixing the mistake of plumbing company's that i wish i could name.In the end the other contractors cost me more time and it took more money out of my profit. More head is definitely up there with the best off them. And the speed that they complete their services surely save on the billing hours.

Morehead Plumbing did an excellent job for me. I had an estimate for $1500.00 from another company to replace the galvanized piping running to the sink in our master bath and Morehead did it for $400.00. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves.
I would recommend them.

My home is 100 years old. I am grateful to have Morehead Plumbing to fix any plumbing issue when they spring up (LOL). In the past couple of weeks, your company replaced the external faucet (that was leaking into my basement), fixed my leaking kitchen faucet and loosened the shutoff valve so that I would be able to close it if (when) needed. Your company showed up when they said they would and were flexible when I goofed up my availability. Your staff has always been knowledgeable and very kind to me.

In the past, Morehead plumbing has fixed a broken pipe under my basement floor, installed a beautiful new toilet and easily resolved a water pressure issue. Each time, I should have been shocked at the bill but the it has always been reasonable and lower than expected.

I am grateful to have Morehead Plumbing to rely on. I am counting your company amongst my many blessings this year.

And thank you to Nick D for helping us with the outstanding installation of the kitchen faucet (did I mention 3 days before Christmas?)! We can't even begin to imagine Christmas w/o the faucet!

I'd probably change my name. I'd prefer amazing plumbing, not Janke Plumbing. Just sayain... like Goku (3 stars because i haven't used your services yet, name drove me elsewhere).

I am a new Celebrity Homeowner and put in work orders two different times. BOTH times they were RIGHT ON TIME and had the issues fixed pretty quickly. The men who took care of these issues were so nice and friendly!! GREAT JOB!!

I wish I could give them less than a gold star. I was driving westbound on I80 in omaha. When I drove past their company truck with a trailer and bobcat behind it. The driver turned off at the I-L-Q street exit. So I’m not sure where they were headed. But couple miles back on the interstate he was texting with his phone in the center of the steering wheel not paying attention to the road. Not only was he swerving back and forth on the road but he almost hit my truck and numerous other cars and semis while he was swerving between three lanes of traffic. This is UNPROFESSIONAL for a company car and it’s not APPROPRIATE for a personal car either. I had two kids including and infant in the back of my truck!!!! PAY ATTENTION TO THE ROAD. PEOPLE AND LIVES MATTER STAY OFF YOUR DAMN PHONE!!!!

Driver in a box truck just ran the red light turning onto Highway 370 off of 114th street in Papillion.
Made eye contact with myself and the car next to me as he proceeded through the intersection.
Incredibly reckless. Seems to be a trend with this company.

My car broke down a few blocks from my house and an employee from Dave Janke Plumbing immediately hopped out of his truck to help jump my car. Very kind and thoughtful. If I was needing plumbing services I would reach out.
